Già al telefono si palesa la loro assenza di professionalità, inventando mille scuse per rimbalzarti a data da destinarsi. Meglio rivolgersi altrove. Non do 5 stelle, perchè il servizio via mail non è all'altezza: avevo scritto un paio di volte per info, e non ho mai ricevuto risposta (ne in casella postale, ne in spam). Molto comodo il fatto che Europcar sia li davanti, nel caso di necessita di auto sostitutiva. Car capacity for bodywork work, estimated in about 3 working days. Allibito I don't know the quality as mechanics, but the service is bad. 90 minutes to change tires because (despite the appointment) they did not have a free bridge and they had to do it with a jack ... 90 minutes with a bridge on the second appointment ... if that wasn't enough, I got bad words for my complaint. Shocked
