Ho trovato (le varie volte che ho usufruito dei loro servizi) un team di professionisti che oltre ad eseguire il lavoro in modo impeccabile, ha la (rara) capacita' di ascoltare, consigliare nel modo migliore, eseguire il lavoro in modo veloce e curato sia nella riparazione sia nelle relazioni con i clienti. Inoltre si fanno carico di tutto il lavoro con l'assicurazione senza far perdere tempo al cliente. E oltretutto sono anche simpatici! Super consigliato! Si sono sempre presi l'onere di svolgere le pratiche, trovando la soluzione più conveniente per riparare l'auto. A distanza di qualche mese e diversi lavaggi nessun problema con la vernice, impeccabile. Mi è stato sostituito paraurti anteriore, parafango e cofano e poi sistemati piccoli danni intorno all'auto facendo un lavoro ottimo. Consigliatissimo, super disponibili e gentili I contacted them as they have an agreement with my insurance, for various claims procedures and for 2 burglary attempts. They have always taken the burden of carrying out the procedures, finding the most convenient solution to repair the car. After a few months and several washes, no problem with the paint, flawless. I replaced the front bumper, fender and hood and fixed minor damage around the car doing a great job. Highly recommended, super helpful and kind

Mi sono affidata a loro per riparare un danno e mi hanno trovato la soluzione più conveniente per me, sicuramente non per loro (avrebbero potuto, come molte altre carrozzerie fanno, offrirmi una soluzione più onerosa). Per questo posso dire che sono onesti e cercheranno di aiutare sempre il cliente nel modo migliore, offrendo un servizio di qualità e curato nel minimo dettaglio. Honest, accurate and prepared! I relied on them to repair a damage and they found the most convenient solution for me, certainly not for them (they could have, as many other body shops do, offer me a more expensive solution). This is why I can say that they are honest and will always try to help the customer in the best way, offering a quality service with attention to the smallest detail.

At Aquino Carrozeria, I felt like the father and son who run the place treated me with respect and talked me through exactly what needed to be done to my convertible Mini. I was also surprised – especially as someone who has environmental concerns at heart – to find that at the end, the bill was slightly lower than initially predicted, as they had managed to re-use a part that had at first seemed like it had to be replaced (they also linked me into the trade site where the parts were being sold). Honest and friendly service, not to mention a car that had not only been returned to new body-wise, but had also been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. And nice to be able to explain what I needed in English, rather than struggling to make myself understood with my pidgin Italian! Sabina
