Prezzo circa 1.300€ Consegna: avvenuta a livello strada (no giardino della villa, distante circa 25 m): il pacco era pesantissimo (cemento!) perciò non ero in grado assolutamente di trasportarlo da sola e senza strumenti appositi. Ho dovuto pagare un extra al corriere Rifiniture e montaggio: NON INCLUSI nel prezzo. Anche qui è stato necessario pagare un operaio per montarlo e verniciarlo (era allo stato grezzo). Griglia ed altre parti metalliche: arrugginite Customer care: mi risponde che il BBQ doveva stare al coperto (un barbecue al coperto???) e che loro hanno sacchi di protezione appositi (e quando me lo dice???). Ho chiesto di ricevere un sacco gratuitamente (costo irrisorio) per il futuro, ma non me lo hanno fornito. Mi hanno inviato invece una griglia in sostituzione (anche questa ha un costo irrisorio, non è neanche inossidabile!). Premetto che tutti questi problemi si sono verificati ancor prima che usassi per la prima volta il mio barbecue nuovo… Un peccato mortale, ed un cliente (e forse più di uno..) perduto. Avrei da ridire anche sui pessimi modi dell’operatore che gestisce il Customer Care. Ma lasciamo stare I bought a BBQ Palazzetti model UP from Michelessi - NO ONLINE! Price around € 1,300 Delivery: took place at street level (no garden of the villa, about 25 m away): the package was very heavy (concrete!) So I was absolutely unable to transport it alone and without special tools. I had to pay the courier extra Finishing and assembly: NOT INCLUDED in the price. Here too it was necessary to pay a worker to assemble and paint it (it was in its raw state). Grid and other metal parts: rusted Customer care: he replies that the BBQ had to be indoors (an indoor barbecue ???) and that they have special protective bags (and when does he tell me ???). I asked to receive a lot for free (negligible cost) for the future, but they didn't give it to me. Instead, they sent me a replacement grill (this too has a negligible cost, it's not even stainless!). I state that all these problems occurred even before I used my new barbecue for the first time ... A mortal sin, and a customer (and perhaps more than one ..) lost. I would also have to complain about the bad ways of the operator who manages the Customer Care. But forget it
