Risolutivi perché in meno di un'ora hanno sottoposto l'auto a una diagnosi, aggiornamento batch motore, azzeramento errori e prova su strada, risolutivi per questo. Infine pragmatici perché mi hanno permesso di proseguire invitandomi ad un approfondimento. Tutto condito da un clima familiare e gentile. Grazie
