Difficilissimo rintracciarli telefonicamente o non rispondono o sono "al momento" impegnati, peccato che nessuno abbia mai richiamato nonostante le molte telefonate. Bad experience and nonexistent assistance. For days waiting for a quote that was supposed to arrive the day after the appointment in the store. It is very difficult to track them down by phone or they do not answer or are "at the moment" busy, too bad no one has ever called back despite the many phone calls.

Il mobile mi piace altrimenti non lo acquistavo ma è arrivato con un mese di ritardo, posso capire che il momento storico è particolare e tutte le produzioni possono subire ritardi quello che non capisco è che il rivenditore non abbia fatto una chiamata per avvisare del ritardo nella data di consegna rispetto a quella indicatami al momento dell'ordine. Però dopo questo ritardo e le diverse chiamate che ho fatto per avere notizie sulla consegna del mobile oggi arrivano, lo montano e mancano pezzi di ferramenta che deve inviare la ditta; in sostanza non hanno finito di montare il mobile a cui mancano delle ante, spero in una soluzione celere. Non soddisfatta né del rivenditore né della Scavolini. The retailer's fitters just came to assemble a Scavolini fluid wall system. I like the piece of furniture otherwise I didn't buy it but it arrived a month late, I can understand that the historical moment is special and all productions can be delayed.What I don't understand is that the retailer hasn't made a call to warn of the delay in delivery date than the one indicated at the time of the order. However, after this delay and the various calls I made to get news about the delivery of the piece of furniture, today they arrive, they mount it and there are no pieces of hardware that the company has to send; in essence they have not finished assembling the piece of furniture which is missing the doors, I hope for a quick solution. Not satisfied with either the dealer or Scavolini.

Mi hanno seguito dall'inizio della progettazione fino alla completa realizzazione del montaggio. I materiali sono davvero molto belli e di qualità e, onestamente, non pensavo che il Fenix si rigenerasse sul serio (lo fa davvero sfregando con il dito nella zona "graffiata"). Infine, dato che il piano in quarzo dell'isola era rovinato, si sono mossi per sostituirlo il prima possibile senza rovinare la base dell'isola. A mio avviso, il personale è preparato ed attento alle esigenze del cliente e, cosa fondamentale, il proprietario ci tiene davvero che il lavoro sia fatto come si deve. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Irene e Carlo per avermi fatto scegliere Scavolini I bought both the kitchen and the living room and I am extremely satisfied with the final result. They followed me from the beginning of the design to the complete realization of the assembly. The materials are really beautiful and of quality and, honestly, I didn't think the Fenix really regenerated (it really does it by rubbing your finger in the "scratched" area). Finally, as the quartz top of the island was ruined, they moved to replace it as soon as possible without ruining the base of the island. In my opinion, the staff is prepared and attentive to the customer's needs and, crucially, the owner really cares that the work is done as it should.
