Dopo il primo colloquio telefonico conoscitivo, sono sempre stato congedato con la premessa che mi avrebbero riaggiornato dopo pochi giorni. Non sono stato più ricontattato, nemmeno dopo i miei solleciti al riguardo.
Una maggiore attenzione verso i candidati sarebbe gradita, se non d'obbligo.
 On some occasions I have been contacted for employment proposals relating to my specific and particular competence. After the first cognitive telephone interview, I was always discharged with the premise that they would update me after a few days. I have not been contacted again, even after my reminders about it.
Greater attention to candidates would be welcome, if not obligatory.

Nello specifico ho avuto contatti con Claudia Donati.
In breve, mi ha proposto ad un'azienda nella quale ho fatto 4 colloqui ,lei stessa mi informava in via ufficiale che ero stato selezionato.
Per circa due mesi non l'ho più sentita ho cercato di rintracciarla telefonicamente invano, fino a quando dietro i miei incalzanti messaggi sono riuscito a parlare con lei dove mi informava che non ero stato più selezionato .Quindi mi sono sentito un po' trattato come una merce e non come una persona. Inoltre mi sono chiesto se se il suo feedback riguardo all' ufficialità della selezione era reale o voleva solo tenermi legato per eventuali altre candidature.
Hello, unfortunately I have to make a negative review on this reality.
Specifically, I had contact with Claudia Donati.
In short, she proposed me to a company in which I did 4 interviews, she herself informed me officially that I had been selected.
For about two months I didn't hear from her again I tried to track her down by phone in vain, until behind my pressing messages I managed to talk to her where she informed me that I was no longer selected. So I felt a bit treated like a commodity and not as a person. I also wondered if his feedback regarding the official selection was real or if he just wanted to keep me tied for any other nominations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first they seems competent enough, but after some time their incompetence and lack of professionality shows itself. They sent me to do many useless interviews with people that were not looking for my skills or they were not willing to pay for them. A complete waste of time and effort.
Moreover, when finally I gave them the feedback they were asking for, a negative one of course, they stopped replying to my mails and calls.
A bunch of buffons.
