β β β β β Di negozi di merceria ce ne sono sempre meno, ma questo Γ¨ da ascrivere tra i top della categoria. Se cerchi qualcosa qui la trovi (e nel caso remoto non la trovassi puoi smettere di cercare, non esiste! )
There are fewer and fewer haberdashery shops, but this is one of the top of the category. If you are looking for something here you will find it (and in the remote case you can't find it you can stop looking, it doesn't exist!)

Ho fatto sostituire la cerniera del mio zaino, costo totale: 39 euro, ho dato lo zaino il 28 gennaio e me lo hanno fatto riavere il 12 marzo (un tempo infinito) e appena ho provato ad usare la cerniera si Γ¨ rotto un dente.
Esperienza pessima su tutti i fronti: costo elevato, attesa infinita e lavoro eseguito male.
Ho speso quasi quanto ricomprare lo zaino nuovo, ma come fanno a convincerti a fare il lavoro? Ti dicono che la sarta costa circa 15 euro e allora ho pensato "spenderΓ² qualche euro di piΓΉ per la cerniera per un totale di 20β¬". E invece poi la sarta (che ci ha messo 5 settimane a fare il lavoro) Γ¨ costata 22 euro, mentre la cerniera Γ¨ costata 17β¬ (ebbene si, 17 euro solo di materiali, il cui costo non vi viene preventivato all'inizio ma lo scoprite quando ormai li hanno giΓ tagliati della misura)
State lontani, se dovete cambiare la zip a uno zaino da 60 euro vi conviene comprarlo nuovo o andare dai cinesi.
Parte del problema sta nel fatto che si affidano a sarte poco celeri e che non si fanno vedere, quindi non potete nemmeno discutere direttamente con loro della bontΓ del lavoro.
Update un mese dopo: la cerniera si Γ¨ definitivamente rotta e sono punto a capo. Ma dopo aver perso tempo e con 39 euro in meno.
Reitero: fuggite da questo negozio.

I had the zipper of my backpack replaced, total cost: 39 euros, I gave the backpack on January 28th and they got it back on March 12th (an infinite time) and as soon as I tried to use the zipper a tooth broke.
Bad experience on all fronts: high cost, endless waiting and poorly done job.
I spent almost as much as buying the new backpack, but how do they get you to do the job? They tell you that the seamstress costs about 15 euros and then I thought "I'll spend a few euros more for the zipper for a total of 20 β¬". But then the seamstress (who took 5 weeks to do the work) cost 22 euros, while the zipper cost 17 β¬ (yes, 17 euros only for materials, the cost of which is not estimated at the beginning but you find out when they have already cut them to size)
Stay away, if you have to change the zip of a 60 euro backpack you should buy it new or go to the Chinese.
Part of the problem is that they rely on seamstresses who aren't quick and don't show up, so you can't even discuss the quality of the work directly with them.
Update one month later: the zipper has definitely broken and I'm stitched up again. But after wasting time and with 39 euros less.
Reitero: Escape from this shop.
