★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti sono buoni, i prezzi e l'assortimento anche, ma purtroppo c'è sempre da attendere molto e gli spazi sono un po' angusti se si va con un passeggino.
The products are good, the prices and the assortment too, but unfortunately there is always a long wait and the spaces are a bit cramped if you go with a stroller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona scelta. Scomodo l'orario spezzato per la pausa pranzo. Accanto c'è un altro negozio di abbigliamento per bambini (meno fornito e più costoso) che fa orario continuato...più di una volta sono andato a servirmici proprio per la chiusura di Prenatal.
Good choice. Inconvenient time broken for lunch break. Next to it there is another children's clothing store (less stocked and more expensive) that runs continuously ... more than once I went to use it just for the closure of Prenatal.

Dopo aver fatto qui la lista nascita ce ne siamo pentiti: ogni volta per aggiungere o togliere qualcosa dalla lista tempi interminabili, file indicibili, terminali che non funzionano o addirittura si spengono; minimo sempre 1 ora persa anche per cose minuscole. Dopo un paio di mesi alcuni prodotti non si possono più aggiungere alla lista, non si sa mai quali (di solito i più costosi). Mail di conferma della lista in ritardo e incomprensibili. Personale lento e di particolare inettitudine. Ad ultimo, ci siamo fatti spedire un oggetto da un altro punto vendita che sul sito avevamo prenotato con lo sconto e ce l'hanno fatto pagare a prezzo pieno. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare un vaso stracolmo.
This store is badly managed. After making the birth list here we regretted it: every time to add or remove something from the list endless times, untold files, terminals that don't work or even turn off; minimum always 1 hour lost even for tiny things. After a couple of months some products can no longer be added to the list, you never know which ones (usually the most expensive). Mail confirming the list late and incomprehensible. Staff slow and of particular ineptitude. Finally, we had an item sent to us from another sales point, which we had booked with the discount on the site and charged it at full price. The drop that made an overflowing vase overflow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico lato positivo è la simpatia delle commesse, che però non sono troppo competenti e non sanno gestire la massa di clienti, rimandando sempre a una futura visita invece che prendere in carico subito il cliente. Un locale stretto e angusto non decisamente adatto a muoversi con bambini o ancora peggio carrozzine e passeggini. I prodotti sono buoni ma costano di più che su Amazon o siti online. Ho fatto la lista nascita ed è obbligatorio ritirare in negozio ma soprattutto acquistare in esso creando disagio anche tra i miei amici. C'è disorganizzazione e molto spesso gli oggetti mancano. Manca un parcheggio... Insomma, io lo sconsiglio vivamente, se non mi credete, provate voi stessi.
The only positive side is the sympathy of the orders, which however are not too competent and do not know how to manage the mass of customers, always referring to a future visit instead of taking charge of the customer immediately. A narrow and cramped place not very suitable for moving with children or even worse prams and strollers. The products are good but cost more than on Amazon or online sites. I made the birth list and it is mandatory to pick up in the store but above all to buy in it, creating discomfort even among my friends. There is disorganization and very often objects are missing. There is no parking ... In short, I strongly advise against it, if you don't believe me, try it yourself.

Totally incompetent staff. They even couldn’t unblock the wheels of a baby carriage. Btw there were only 5 baby carriages in the whole shop.
When I decided to return some stuff next day they said it wasn’t possible and gave me a card with the sum on it I wanted to get back from the return. (But they don’t tell a word about it while you buy something even if they see you are a foreigner).
They said I could encash those sum during 10 years.
So I had just to change those clothes for another.
