Acquistato scarpe nuove a dicembre dichiarando di venire da due anni di scarpa con leggero supporto anti-pronazione ma hanno insistito con il vendermi l'ultimo modello mizuno neutre: ingenuo io per carità ma il risultato è stato un affaticamento muscolare colpa del drop della scarpa e dall'appoggio totalmente diverso dalle precedenti, quindi sono stato costretto a uno stop forzato e varie sedute di fisioterapia e 120 euro di scarpe buttate. Se fate gare e tanti km andate in un negozio specializzato per il running dove le scarpe si possono provare (questo è piccolissimo) e soprattutto dove c'è un tapis roulant.
