La signora mi ha detto le misure a voce, al che io ho chiesto nuovamente di vedere il cartoncino "steso". la signora nuovamente con tono scocciato mi ha detto le misure senza prendere il suddetto cartoncino. al che alla terza volta mi ha preso finalmente il cartoncino per mostrarlo (alzando gli occhi al cielo)...cosa dire...l'episodio si commenta da sola. Con la risposta data dalla proprietaria si capiscono bene i modi e toni con i quali si rivolge ai clienti. Detto questo è così inclusivo presupporre che nel mondo non ci siano difficoltà o problematiche relative anche al semplice utilizzo del sistema metrico (come per chi abbia una discalculia). Grazie per la sensibilità dimostrata e per la cortesia, nuovamente complimenti. Here is my experience, I went in to buy a card. they could not be taken (perhaps for reasons related to Covid) to which I kindly asked the saleswoman to get me a card. The lady told me the measurements verbally, to which I again asked to see the "flat" card. the lady again with annoyed tone told me the measurements without taking the aforementioned card. whereupon the third time he finally took the card to show me (rolling his eyes) ... what to say ... the episode speaks for itself. With the answer given by the owner, it is clear the ways and tones with which she addresses customers. Having said this, it is so inclusive to assume that in the world there are no difficulties or problems related to even the simple use of the metric system (as for those with dyscalculia). Thanks for your sensitivity and for your kindness, congratulations again.
