Ersatzteile waren sofort verfügbar.
Innerhalb weniger Stunden waren wir wieder mobil. Unsere Rettung war Paola vom Empfang, welche sehr gut Deutsch sprach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei unserem Urlaub am Gardasee leuchtete plötzlich die Motorkontrolleuchte. Vormittags bei der netten deutsch sprechenden Empfangsdame angerufen, 14.00 Uhr einen Termin bekommen und 14.50 Uhr wieder vom Hof gefahren. Da kann sich so manche deutsche MB Niederlassung eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Da noch Werksgarantie bestand auch keine Rechnung gestellt bekommen. Ich bin begeistert. Volle Empfehlung!
During our holiday on Lake Garda, the engine control light suddenly lit up. Called the nice, German-speaking receptionist in the morning, got an appointment at 2 p.m. and drove back from the yard at 2:50 p.m. Many a German MB branch can learn from this. Since there was still a factory guarantee, no invoice was issued. I'm excited. Full recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Klasse. Direkt bei der Abfahrt nach Hause eine Schraube im Reifen festgestellt, kein Hotel mehr frei, also direkt zur MB Werkstatt von Hr. Cristofari. Diese Werkstatt hat umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt und wir konnten nach knapp 1 Stunde Wartezeit mit neuen Reifen weiterfahren.
Simply great. On the way home, a screw found in the tire, no more hotel available, so straight to the MB workshop of Mr. Cristofari. This workshop immediately arranged for replacements and we were able to continue driving with new tires after waiting just under an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mit meiner C-Klasse Probleme mit dem Fahrwerk. Kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen, 1,5h dort gewartet inkl. Getränke, nettes Personal und für 1,5h Arbeit an dem Auto, 85 Euro bezahlt. Also alles super !!! Danke
Had problems with the chassis with my C-Class. Get an appointment at short notice, waited there for 1.5 hours including drinks, nice staff and for 1.5 hours of work on the car, paid 85 euros. So everything is great! Thank you

Personale molto competente e disponibile con particolare riferimento al signor Ivano Cristofari - Consulente Assistenza una persona squisita. Oltre al tagliando previsto
avevo un problema su di un cerchione perché segnato e loro avendo anche il servizio di carrozzeria interno lo hanno reso quasi perfetto! Non è da sottovalutare.
Sarà la mia officina/carrozzeria di fiducia nonostante abiti in provincia di Mantova.
Questa officina fa la differenza!
