 I bought a cold juice extractor. It broke 7 days later and I was unable to find assistance or spare parts in ROME. I strongly recommend not to buy this product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho comprato un fornetto Geco 20, ottimo come prodotto, non fosse che le scritte sul timer si sono scolorite dopo poco. capita. ho fatto presente il problema tramite mail che però o è andata persa o nella cartella spam. oggi però sono stata ricontattata dal responsabile dell'azienda e ho risolto il mio problema. mi ha mandato subito via mail, libretto di istruzioni e foto dettagliate del timer. ho apprezzato molto la sua disponibilità seppur a distanza di tempo. tre stelle perché il sito può essere decisamente migliorato.
I bought a Geco 20 oven, excellent as a product, if the writing on the timer didn't fade after a while. It happens. I pointed out the problem via e-mail but it has either been lost or in the spam folder. today, however, I was contacted by the company manager and I solved my problem. sent me immediately via e-mail, instruction booklet and detailed photos of the timer. I really appreciated its availability even after some time. three stars because the site can be definitely improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo, sopratutto al reparto ricambi auto chiami e non rispondono mai al telefono. Non forniscono assistenza al consumatore e non sono per nulla affabili. Il personale di vecchia generazione è per lo più isterico e veramente pessimo. Peccato perché' eliminando un po di nullafacenti l'azienda avrebbe un potenziale enorme.

Ma quella cafona di Patrizia lavora ancora li? Dimenticare le sue urlate minatorie senza senso è davvero difficile. Se non sbaglio parecchi son scappati da li per colpa sua. va fatta curare da uno psichiatra. Con quale autorità una persona può' permettersi di trattare gli altri cosi? Con quale competenza? Eppure nessuno dei dirigenti le ha mai detto qualcosa...che schifo!!
I confirm, especially in the auto parts department, you call and they never answer the phone. They do not provide assistance to the consumer and are not at all personable. The older generation staff are mostly hysterical and really bad. Too bad because 'eliminating a bit of idle, the company would have enormous potential.
