Come al solito le aziende sono fatte di persone e qui c’è un concentrato di ottime persone dall’impiantista , al progettista al commerciale. Bravi. È tornato una seconda volta, gli ho indicato quale poteva a mio parere il problema e sembrava averlo risolto. Dopo 2 giorni punto è a capo. Mi inviano una fattura con la dicitura emergenza ( ricordiamo che io non ho chiesto l'intervento emergenziale), addebiti senza che io avessi firmato il DDT, di presunti materiali., Di comunque tariffe mai comunicate.Per farla breve, la fattura non la pago e ci ritroveremo con gli avvocati. Sunpower mi aveva riferito di contattarli per il mio fotovoltaico TRE MESI fa, cosa prontamente fatta, spiegato esigenze, impianto desiderato e tutto, ho dovuto chiamare e richiamare per tre mesi a cadenza regolare, per poi sentirmi dire NON CREDO POSSIAMO FARE IL LAVORO, ma le darò una risposta entro fine settimana...sono SPARITI. Non hanno risorse umane per seguire i loro lavori e da come si comportano neanche la voglia di lavorare. O forse un utente privato singolo è un pesce troppo piccolo per loro. Mai chiesto accumulo termico, solare termico o pompa di calore come nella "ingegnosa risposta". Se per educazione poi si intende il puntuale non richiamare, sparire e farsi inseguire per tre mesi allora " tutti gli altri clienti" sono messi male...
