P	Paul Rick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta poco. Basta guardare il cestino del pane per capire il valore che questo ristorante attribuisce a ciò che porta a tavola e ai sui clienti. Seduti in 4 ci portano (chiesto dopo 20 minuti) un "cestino" di pane tirato sul tavolo con solamente 3 fette. 1 ora per mangiare solo crudi. Qualita del cibo buona ma anche qui non valorizzata. Tartare di tonno fresco molto buono completamente rovinato da frutta esotica che copre il sapore, stesso discorso per la ricciola che prende solo il sapore dell'ananas. Peccato perchè il pesce è buono. Ordinate 2 tipologie di ostriche, lasciate a tavola senza nemmeno indicare a quale tipologia ordinata corrispondessero. In sunto peccato veramente. Lavorate sull'aumentare il valore percepito di quello che portate a tavola nei confronti del cliente. Me gusta little. Seated in 4 they bring us (asked after 20 minutes) a "basket" of bread pulled on the table with only 3 slices. 1 hour to eat only raw. The quality of the food is good but here too it is not valued. Very good fresh tuna tartare completely spoiled by exotic fruit that covers the flavor, the same goes for the amberjack which takes only the flavor of the pineapple. Too bad because the fish is good. Order 2 types of oysters, left at the table without even indicating which type ordered they correspond to. In summary, it really is a pity. Work on increasing the perceived value of what you bring to the table to the customer.

His majesty the arancina. Excellent combination of prawn and pistachio tartare. I had been recommended the restaurant and in turn I would recommend it!

Man muss allerdings Fisch und Meeresfrüchte lieben, denn es gibt ausschließlich Gerichte mit eben diesen Zutaten. Diese sind aber von hervorragender Qualität und sind ein Genuss. Gleiches gilt für die Nachspeisen, die von der Chefin selbst empfohlen werden. Everything is just right here. The ambience is inviting, the food very good and the service extremely courteous. You have to love fish and seafood, however, because dishes are only made with these ingredients. But these are of excellent quality and are a pleasure. The same applies to the desserts, which are recommended by the boss herself.

Ho mangiato in questo locale ieri sera dopo tanto che non andavo, c’è stato qualche cambiamento ma tutto sommato buon cibo. Le porzioni sono a mio parere un pó piccole rispetto ai prezzi del piatto ma giuste se si vuole assaggiare più di uno. Anche i dolci sono molto buoni, tutti artigianali. Il personale è sempre gentile e l’ambiente è caldo e familiare. Una buona esperienza A fish restaurant in the center of Terni, one of the most central streets. I ate at this place last night after a long time not going, there have been some changes but all in all good food. The portions are in my opinion a little small compared to the prices of the dish but right if you want to taste more than one. The desserts are also very good, all handmade. The staff is always polite and the environment is warm and familiar. A good experience

Ma ora veniamo al punto...come abbiamo mangiato? Divinamente dall'antipasto al dessert, preso due antipasti, un primo per la mia compagna e un secondo per me secondo voi ci potevamo fermare? No dessert e anch'essi SPETTACOLO ( la mia compagna ha una pasticceria). Dunque, STRACONSIGLIATO!!!!! Very nice place. we were immediately greeted by a young girl (Anna) who with her kindness immediately put us at ease. But now let's get to the point ... how did we eat? Divinely from appetizer to dessert, took two appetizers, a first for my partner and a second for me, do you think we could have stopped? No dessert and also SHOW (my partner has a pastry shop). Therefore, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

Il locale è tendenzialmente molto pieno quindi consiglio di prenotare anticipatamente. La tartare di salmone l'ho trovata poco equilibrata poiché le troppe lavorazioni e gli abbinamenti facevano scomparire o trasformavano troppo il sapore del salmone che invece doveva essere il protagonista del piatto. La tartare di tonno invece è molto equilibrata con i sapori e ho apprezzato molto gli abbinamenti molto azzeccati a parer personale. Il pesce è fresco e si sente sia dal sapore che dall'odore delle pietanze. L'attenzione nell'impiattamento spiccano in ogni portata. Il servizio é veloce e ho apprezzato anche i dolci e il vino. Il prezzo è giusto considerando il servizio, il locale che si trova in pieno centro, la qualità delle materie prime e le pietanze di per sé. Excellent quality of food and friendly, fast, attentive and professional staff. The restaurant tends to be very full so I recommend booking in advance. I found the salmon tartare unbalanced because too many processes and combinations made the flavor of the salmon disappear or too transformed, which instead had to be the protagonist of the dish. The tuna tartare, on the other hand, is very balanced with the flavors and I really appreciated the very well-chosen combinations in personal opinion. The fish is fresh and you can smell both the taste and the smell of the dishes. The attention in the dish stands out in every course. The service is fast and I also enjoyed the desserts and the wine. The price is right considering the service, the place that is located in the center, the quality of the raw materials and the dishes themselves.

Ogni piatto un esperienza unica ad iniziare da una spettacolare e rivisitata tartare di tonno dove non è solo la qualità dei prodotti usati a rendere "grande" il piatto ma anche l abilità nel dosare ogni singolo elemento. Presentazioni dei piatti da foto !!! . Secondo me , un vero luogo di attrazione per Terni. Splendida "padrona di casa " Simona e complimenti a tutta la cucina.Bravi continuate così !
