Cordiali, gentili, orridenti anche nella situazione in cui il cliente è di una maleducazione senza uguali.
A proposito io appartengo a quella categoria che NON ha mai creduto al detto che "il cliente ha sempre ragione".
Il cliente ha ragione solo quando è una persona intelligente, corretta, educata e porta rispetto a quella persona che in quel momento ti sta servendo.
