★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è fisicamente chiuso. I titolari hanno trasferito poco oltre la loro attività, per cui può mangiare in un nuovo locale poche decine di metri oltre, in via Romagna 42, denominato TRATTORIA UMBRA.
Essendo poco fuori centro storico, si parcheggia in genere facilmente.
Il servizio è curato, cortese ed abbastanza veloce. Cucina tipica umbra e ternana di ottimo livello, con pasta locale fatta a mano (ciriole) al ragù rosso ma anche nazionale (bucatini, tagliatelle) fatta alla amatriciana ed alla carbonara.
Ottimi ed abbondanti i secondi di carne arrosto alla brace, di vari tipi (bistecca di manzo, tagliata, maiale, agnello).
Ogni venerdì pesce, il giovedì "giro pizza sotto al fuoco". In estate è possibile mangiare nel giardino all'aperto.
E' possibile ordinare i pasti da asporto anche a domicilio, con spesa minima.
Si può comporre il proprio pasto con una larga varietà di cibi spendendo sui 16-24 euro ed oltre, a seconda delle scelte.
E' possibile il servizio di asporto, ed il locale opera nel rispetto della normativa anti-Covid.
Per Natale e Capodanno offre specialità festive da asporto, telefonando si ha il prezzo in base a quanto si ordina.
The venue is physically closed. The owners have moved their business a little further, so they can eat in a new restaurant a few tens of meters further, in via Romagna 42, called TRATTORIA UMBRA.
Being just outside the historic center, it is usually easy to park.
The service is accurate, courteous and fast enough. Typical Umbrian and Terni cuisine of excellent quality, with local handmade pasta (ciriole) with red ragù but also national (bucatini, tagliatelle) made in amatriciana and carbonara.
Excellent and abundant second courses of grilled roast meat, of various types (beef steak, cut, pork, lamb).
Every Friday fish, on Thursday "pizza under the fire". In summer it is possible to eat in the outdoor garden.
It is possible to order takeaway meals even at home, with minimal expenditure.
You can compose your own meal with a wide variety of foods by spending around 16-24 euros and more, depending on the choices.
Take-away service is possible, and the restaurant operates in compliance with the anti-Covid legislation.
For Christmas and New Year it offers festive takeaway specialties, by calling the price is based on how much you order.
