AVOID THIS COMPANY, IT HAS ARRIVED TO LATE US ONE HOUR, AND MAKING IT PRESENT IT HAS BEEN PUT ON TO MAKE BETTER THINGS AND DO THINGS WITHOUT MEANING, AND THEN WITH THE GROUP WE HAVE NOTIFIED THAT HE FELT ALCOHOL; NOTWHERE EVERYTHING WE'RE GOING UP ON THE BUS BUT EVEN THE TIME TO GET EVERYONE CLOSED TO THE DOORS AND GET STARTED IN A HURRY, THEN WE HAVE BEEN HIGHLY HAMED AND WE CALLED THE POLICE SEEN THAT WAS NOT STOPPED, EVEN BECAUSE HE WAS NOT ABLE TO HOLD THE SUBMISSION WHY IT WAS DEFINITELY BURNT; AFTER A LITTLE TIME THE FORCES OF THE ORDER HAD BLOCKED IT WITH THE STEERING WHEELS AND IF THEY WERE CARRYING IT OUT, A SOW THIS COMPANY, REPEAT ABSOLUTELY AVOID IT, WE WERE REALLY SHAPED.

Esperienza positiva e lo stesso al ritorno. Consigliati Excellent service. We were 12, they picked us up at the airport with a well-maintained 16-seater Mercedes van. State solo attenti a non lasciate mai niente sul mezzo perché, se per caso scendete dal pullman, anche solo per pochi minuti, e vengono lasciate le porte aperte dal guidatore, come è successo a noi, tempo di una foto panoramica alla Scalinata dei Turchi, gli oggetti di valore possono venirvi rubati e non sarete rimborsati. Nel nostro caso, davanti alla richiesta di rimborso con denuncia da noi fatta ai locali Carabinieri, è stata negata la responsabilità da parte della ditta e ci è stato detto che potevamo esserci inventati il furto e che comunque avremmo dovuto sorvegliarli noi i nostri valori (cosa effettivamente vera e che vogliamo raccomandarvi in caso scegliate questa compagnia). State quindi più attenti di noi e occhio ai bagagli incustoditi. I share positive opinions on the availability and courtesy of the driver, good quality of the bus. Just be careful not to leave anything on the vehicle because, if by chance you get off the bus, even for just a few minutes, and the driver's doors are left open, as happened to us, time for a panoramic photo at the Scalinata dei Turchi, valuables can be stolen and you will not be reimbursed. In our case, before the request for reimbursement with complaint made by us to the local Carabinieri, was denied liability by the company, and we were told that we could be invented theft and otherwise we would have to supervise us our values (what actually true and we want to recommend you in case you choose this company). So be more careful of us and watch out for unattended luggage.

Before anything else, we want to thank this company for arranging our transfers and recommending places in Palermo province to see with my family. Our experience with MediTravel was great, the customer service and our driver were helpful and very friendly.
