Nous avons réservé directement à l'agence le samedi après midi, et ils nous ont livré le véhicule (Renault trafic) directement à l'hôtel le soir. Pour 195€ la journée tout compris (assurance tous risques, kilométrage illimité, livraison et reprise directement à l'hôtel), il n'y a rien à redire. Je recommande vivement. I recommend this agency for vehicle rental. We booked directly with the agency on Saturday afternoon, and they delivered the vehicle (Renault trafic) directly to the hotel in the evening. For 195 € per day all inclusive (comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, delivery and collection directly to the hotel), there is nothing to complain about. I highly recommend.

Nous avons loué une voiture pendant 5 jours pour faire notre circuit. Aucun coup supplémentaire nous à été demandé à notre arrivée car tout est comprit dans l'assurance et le prix de la location. Merci à Salvo et Saro pour votre gentillesse nous n'hésiterons pas à vous recommander des que nous en aurons l'occasion et nous referons appel à vous l'année prochaine quand nous reviendrons ! If you are looking for a serious car rental company in Sicily I recommend Kefatur a family business there is no need to go through big companies who rip you off as soon as you arrive by canceling your rental and then triple the prices! We hired a car for 5 days to do our tour. No additional charge was requested on our arrival because everything is included in the insurance and the rental price. Thanks to Salvo and Saro for your kindness we will not hesitate to recommend you as soon as we have the chance and we will call on you again next year when we come back!

Un sens du service client incroyable de la gérante et de son mari suite à un problème rencontré lors d'une excursion sur place. Passez par cette agence, le service rendu est aux antipodes des agences classiques et impersonnelles. En effet nous avions réservé une excursion d'une journée pour l'Etna (avec un tarif bien moins cher que ceux proposés dans les hôtels), et le guide a confondu notre Hôtel avec un autre, et n'ai donc pas venu nous chercher (la veille de notre retour en France). Après 30 minutes d'attente nous avons contacté la responsable de l'agence pour l'informer que personne n’était venu nous récupérer (à 7h30 du matin car notre rendez-vous était à 7h00). Le bus étant déjà sur l'autoroute, la gérante nous a envoyé son mari (qui est le gérant de la société) en personne, avec sa voiture personnelle pour rattraper le bus avec lequel il était convenu de nous attendre à une station service (nous avons fait plus de 100 kilomètres pour rejoindre le bus). Il était inconcevable et inimaginable pour eux de décevoir un client. Nous voyageons beaucoup depuis plus de 30 ans, mais c'est la seule fois ou nous voyons des responsables qui sont tournés vers l'humain et la satisfaction client avant de penser argent. Indeed we had booked a day trip to Etna (with a much cheaper rate than those offered in hotels), and the guide mistook our Hotel for another, and therefore did not come to pick us up (the day before our return to France). After 30 minutes of waiting, we contacted the manager of the agency to inform her that no one had come to pick us up (at 7:30 am because our meeting was at 7:00 am). The bus being already on the highway, the manager sent us her husband (who is the manager of the company) in person, with his personal car to catch up with the bus with which we had agreed to wait for us at a gas station (we traveled more than 100 kilometers to reach the bus). It was inconceivable and unimaginable for them to disappoint a customer. We have been traveling a lot for over 30 years, but this is the only time we have seen managers who are people-oriented and customer satisfaction oriented before thinking about money. Lei è stata gentilissima a farmi sapere subito la risposta. Consiglio a chiunque di noleggiare da loro. Prezzo e cordialità favolosi I thank this agency very much but above all the lady who was very kind and helpful especially when I asked her at the last second if she could leave me the car for another 2 days.
