★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tour è davvero bello, ben organizzato e le isole meritano, ma servirebbe più accortezza in questo periodo. Né sul pullman, né sulle navi, nessuno ci provava nemmeno a far rispettare l'obbligo della mascherina, il che è triste. Munirsi di ffp2 prima dell'escursione.
The tour is really nice, well organized and the islands deserve it, but more attention would be needed in this period. Neither on the bus nor on the ships, no one even tried to enforce the obligation of the mask, which is sad. Bring your ffp2 before the excursion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad organization! We booked and paid for an Aeolian Islands trip and turned up at the meeting point slightly before the agreed time, which was 6:45am. The bus didn't turn up after 5 minute waiting, so we sent the guide a message, no response. Then we called the guide after another 10 minute waiting and the guide told us he'd already left as we were not on his list, then he hanged up... So we lost our last chance to visit Aeolian Islands because of their unprofessionalism. I gave them 1 star for not being difficult on the refund process. But be cautious with their 4 star review on Google as all the reviews date back 1 year.
