★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto dispiaciuto poiché non ho nulla da dire sui medici del centro medico, ma trovo frustrante il servizio di reception al quale non risponde mai nessuno nonostante la linea sia libera addirittura spesso si dimenticano di togliere il mesaaggio preregistrato con gli orari negli orari in cui invece dovrebbero rispondere causando un grave disservizio per chi non si può recare direttamente in sede motivo per cui molto spesso ho perso giorni di paga lavorativa non essendo.riuscito a fare il certificato in tempi utili trovo tutto questo imbarazzante
I am very sorry because I have nothing to say about the doctors in the medical center, but I find the reception service frustrating to which no one ever answers despite the line being free even often they forget to remove the pre-recorded message with the times in the hours in which instead they should respond causing a serious disservice for those who cannot go directly to the office which is why very often I have lost working pay days not being able to get the certificate in good time I find all this embarrassing

I was wondering how it is possible to know if the anti-flu vaccines have arrived, how to have an appointment .... as the secretariat cannot notify all individual patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un dottore in questo gruppo di medici ho chiamato dopo un mese perché avevo bisogno per mio figlio ho atteso con la segreteria da Suzzara a Mantova intanto che mi recavo al lavoro ..quando sono arrivata al lavoro mi dovevano ancora rispondere ..al che ho messo giù ...e lunedì mattina vado all'ASL a cambiare dottore...e non sicuramente un dottore che fa ambulatorio li dentro...mi dispiace molto ma molto incompetenti alla reception.
I hired a doctor in this group of doctors I called after a month because I needed for my son I waited with the secretary from Suzzara in Mantua while I was on my way to work .. when I arrived at work they still had to answer me .. I put it down ... and on Monday morning I go to the ASL to change doctor ... and definitely not a doctor who does surgery in there ... I'm very sorry but very incompetent at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla professionalità dei medici, ma sono scontenta del servizio di prenotazione telefonica degli appuntamenti. E' tutta mattina che provo a telefonare, il telefono suona libero, ma nessuno risponde. Lo considero un disservizio: dal momento che il centro medico prevede la possibilità delle prenotazioni telefoniche, non mi sembra sensato dover uscire due volte, una per andare a prenotare l'appuntamento e una per fare la visita
Nothing to say about the professionalism of doctors, but I am unhappy with the telephone booking service for appointments. I have been trying to call all morning, the phone rings free, but nobody answers. I consider it a disservice: since the medical center foresees the possibility of telephone reservations, it does not seem to me sensible to have to go out twice, one to go to book the appointment and one to make the visit

Ma il servizio RECEPTION….. lascia molto ma molto desiderare….. anzi mettono segreteria e non risponde nessuno…..! Veramente un servizio insostenibile….. non aggiungo altro !!!
I have nothing against the medical service
But the RECEPTION service… .. leaves much, much to be desired… .. indeed they put an answering machine and nobody answers… ..! Truly an unsustainable service… .. I won't add anything else !!!
