★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi vado al Supermedia di Suzzara in quanto avevo bisogno di sostituire la mia sim con una nano sim. C'erano 2 venditori al reparto telefonia impegnati a mostrare dei cellulari ai clienti quindi aspetto il mio turno. Quando uno dei 2 si libera mi dice che loro erano lì per vendere cellulari e non c'era nessun addetto disponibile per i servizi e mi invita a tornare domani.Nessun cartello avvertiva di ciò, quindi che dire....quando dovrò comprare un cellulare o qualsiasi altra cosa non andrò al Supermedia.
Today I go to the Supermedia of Suzzara as I needed to replace my sim with a nano sim. There were 2 vendors in the telephony department busy showing cell phones to customers so I'm waiting for my turn. When one of the two gets free he tells me that they were there to sell cell phones and there was no employee available for the services and invites me to come back tomorrow. No sign warned of this, so what about .... when I have to buy a cell phone or whatever I won't go to Supermedia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono trovata male dal 4 giugno 2016 che sono dietro con un telefono huawei che scalda da paura cambiato due volte e non conta niente anche il terzo modello fa la stessa cosa sono veramente giu di morale mah non voglio fare assistenza di gia ma dai e risposta non so cosa dirti sei l unica che si lamenta fa fatemi il piacere e gia tanto se vi do una stella mah!
I found myself badly since June 4, 2016 that I am behind with a huawei phone that warms up from fear changed twice and does not count for anything even the third model does the same thing I am really down with morals but I don't want to do assistance already but give and answer I don't know what to tell you you're the only one who complains makes me pleasure and already so much if I give you a star mah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio ho comprato delle cuffie wifi prima però ho chiesto alla commessa delle informazioni e dopo che ho cercato di farli funzionare non funzionava per ascoltare la musica ma solo chiamata e tornò per cambiare ma nulla tutta colpa mia che ho scelto il prodotto sbagliato ma prima di pagare ho chiesto alla commessa che tutto si si si certo che vano con la musica poi buttare 35 e così incompetenti maleducati non ci torno più
Bad service I bought some wifi headphones first but I asked the saleswoman for information and after I tried to make them work it did not work to listen to the music but only call and came back to change but nothing all my fault that I chose the wrong product but before pay I asked the saleswoman that everything yes yes yes sure that it goes with the music then throw 35 and so incompetent rude I don't go back there anymore
