Acquistato un telefono Brondi Bravo per il papà che si è rivelato inutilizzabile da tanto che funziona male, sono ritornata per cambiarlo entro i tempi previsti, naturalmente ne avrei acquistato un altro anche di importo superiore, ma mi è stato detto che per questioni di Covid non potevano cambiarlo. Non si gestiscono così le problematiche dei prodotti venduti anche perché il cliente ha speso dei soldini. Dovrò acquistare un altro telefono, questa volta di certo, non in questo negozio. I have never done reviews because I also work with the public and I understand that it is not easy to manage the stress that comes with it. I bought a Brondi Bravo phone for my father that has proved unusable for so long that it has been working badly, I returned to change it within the scheduled time, of course I would have bought another one even for a higher amount, but I was told that due to Covid issues they could change it. The problems of the products sold are not managed in this way, also because the customer has spent some pennies. I will have to buy another phone, this time for sure, not in this shop.

Huge and tidy shop. The goods are displayed in a clear and logical manner. The staff is present and kind. Huge parking in front of the shop.
m	maurizio falsetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colgo l'occasione per raccontare la mia esperienza in questo Negozio,a due passi da Casa.Comprato una cartuccia per la stampante hp 301 a colori, non me la rileva la Stampante.Cartuccia Difettosa,Ovvio.Vado all'Iper di Suzzara compro un'Altra Perchè oramai Trony e Chiuso.Morale la cartuccia dell'iper va da dio e quella da trony no.ritorno in negozio ,la prendono in carico e aspetto una loro chiamata che dopo 18 giorni non arriva.ritorno in negozio e il commesso mi da la cartuccia dicendomi che la anticipano loro..storia finita???? noooo. arrivo a casa e ricordo bene che non era la cartuccia del nero ma bensi del colore.richiamo in negozio e il tipo e occupato,quindi vado di nuovo in negozio,trovo altra commessa che mi dice che la cartuccia e quella li del nero.morale della storia ,qualcuno ha fatto le cose con poca voglia.e a rimetterci e' il cliente pagando un articolo e dopo 18 giorni te ne trovi un'altro che non ti serve.quindi consiglio vivamente di fare foto e video di quello che prendete possibilmente anche quando si apre una confezione di un articolo. 'Another Why Trony is now closed.Moral the hyper cartridge goes to god and the trony cartridge does not return to the store, they take charge of it and wait for their call which does not arrive after 18 days. gives the cartridge telling me that they anticipate it .. finished story ???? noooo. I arrive home and I remember well that it was not the black cartridge but rather the color. of history, someone did things with little desire. and the customer is losing out by paying for an item and after 18 days you will find another that you don't need. so I highly recommend taking pictures and videos of what you possibly take. when opening a package of an item.

Vista la non possibilità di rimborso(così mi hanno detto) credo che sia meglio acquistare on-line. Normal prices. Little attention to customer problems / needs and poor communication. Given the non-possibility of a refund (so they told me) I think it is better to buy online.
