I usually don’t comment on the businesses or customer services at super markets but what happened yesterday force me to do so Around 12:20 I popped in to have some cold drinks as it was 35+ and I’m not used to of that hot weather there was two counters opened serving customers and the self checkout points was all occupied so I went to one of the checkout to pay for the drinks the lady on the counter was serving another customer while scanning that customers item she saw me and said go to the next checkout and pointed with the finger towards the other checkout where another old lady was serving people so I went at that checkout there was a couple waiting to be served they’ve got a shopping full of stuff so they were kind enough to let me get me served first as I’ve got just the couple of energy drinks I thanked them for their generosity and moved ahead and put my stuff on the counter to be scanned the lady saw me and said why didnt went to the other checkout point why you came here I was shocked by cold response of that old lady serving there she was normal with other people but when she saw me her response was really inappropriate actually both ladies had same cold behaviour I took my items and went to the main reception and try to ask for the manger to talk to him about what just happened but there was another lady who took the items scanned them and asked me to pay I payed for my items and left without having words with the store manger I live in suzzara and come at this store quite a lot but the behaviour of the staff is really cold and they try to get rid of and just say a few words and move on if I ask them about anything that I want but I saw the people working in the store talking nicely and giving more time to white people that makes me think about discrimination or precisely racial discrimination I don’t think that this is the customer service taught by the company to their employees Felt disappointed and definitely try to avoid going there

Nice and big Place!! Products are in good!!! Meat are fresh and in good quality!!!!
