Grazie anche per l'approccio empatico verso il paziente, che senza alcun dubbio, insieme alla professionalità, fanno la differenza nella relazione.Personalemente mi ha risposto telefonicamente in tarda serata fuori dagli orari di lambulatorio Ha formulato una diagnosi al mio malessere (EMICRANIA) con spiegazioni semplici e proposto una terapia preventiva oltre a quella che già stavo eseguendo al bisogno.

Una dottoressa che non risponde alle mail con una tempistica adeguata, con risposte brevi, prive di contenuti e cortesia.
Una dottoressa che confonde i familiari e che arriva in ritardo non si può certo definire un esempio di professionalità.
Prima di lei, il dott. Brusatori aveva alzato notevolmente le aspettative dell'ambulatorio di Zelo, tristemente finito nelle mani sbagliate dopo il suo trasferimento a Noviglio.
Sconsiglio vivamente a tutto l'hinterland milanese, ho sentito di molte persone intente a cambiare che trovano gli slot pieni anche nei paesi circostanti...pazientate, arriveranno tempi migliori.

Non si preoccupi ho già cambiato medico questa mattina, e so bene in che emergenza ci troviamo ma le mie lamentele hanno origini ben più lontane del covid.
Inoltre dice che non ha tempo di rispondere alle mail , però per le recensioni che toccano il suo interesse personale vedo che il tempo lo trova. Arrivederci

Sulla dottoressa niente da dire in quanto le ho mandato una email e mi ha risposto prontamente.
Di sicuro la mia esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva con la segretaria.
Ho chiamato la prima volta circa un anno fa per avere informazioni relative ai contatti e agli orari ambulatoriali e le sue risposte sono state veloci, scocciate e inefficaci, però non avendo bisogno ho lasciato correre.
Ho chiamato oggi e ho percepito lo stesso atteggiamento, scocciato e al quanto infastidito e meno male che chiamo 2 volte in un anno.
Credo che in qualsiasi lavoro ci voglia pazienza e soprattutto professionalità.
