★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 minuti solo per pazienti è assurdo; massimo 2 quarti d'ora ma ora che inserisce in computer le risposte di esami o consulenze mediche portano via un sacco di tempo. Peccato perche i medici sono validi e la segreteria si è sempre comportata bene con me. 1 stella per non aver pensato di usare un programma parla e scrive nel computer, velocizzerebero la scrittura. 2 stelle per la cortesia e professionalità che ho sempre ricevuto.
15 minutes just for patients is absurd; maximum 2 quarters of an hour but now that he inserts the answers of exams or medical consultations into the computer they take a lot of time. Too bad because the doctors are good and the secretariat has always behaved well with me. 1 star for not having thought of using a program that speaks and writes on the computer, speed up the writing. 2 stars for the courtesy and professionalism I have always received.

You can't wait 2 and a half hours outside to get sick in 2021 .... Called 30 times in the morning but no one ever answers absurd ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravo il medico, cortese la segretaria. Ma impossibile, e intendo davvero impossibile, contattare la segreteria x qualsiasi cosa (ricetta, appuntamento, urgenze... ).
Bravo the doctor, courteous the secretary. But impossible, and I mean really impossible, to contact the secretariat for anything (prescription, appointment, emergencies ...).
