Grazie anche a Chiara, che si occupa della segreteria, in modo preciso, con pazienza, cortesia e competenza, nonostante la mole enorme di lavoro. Meno male che ci sono posti così. Study of serious, responsible, intelligent, attentive doctors, Rinalda Bongetta in the front row, we will never be grateful enough for everything that's right for us. Unica pecca dello studio medico è la segreteria: ogni volta devo provare a chiamare almeno 5-6 volte prima che mi risponda qualcuno. Aggiornamento 2022: hanno cambiato segretaria, quella attuale è molto brava e reattiva, è più semplice fissare appuntamento e risponde anche alle mail. For many years I have been followed by Dr. Bongetta and I feel great. A truly trained professional, available and open to listening. The only flaw of the doctor's office is the secretariat: every time I have to try to call at least 5-6 times before someone answers me. Update 2022: they changed their secretary, the current one is very good and responsive, it is easier to make an appointment and also responds to emails.

E questo abbassa la qualità. Il medico sostituto del mio, che mi aveva chiesto di andare in studio per farmi visitare, alla fine non aveva segnato il mio appuntamento e la ragazza in segreteria che doveva avvisarlo del mio arrivo alla fine non l'aveva avvisato. Anzi, dopo circa mezz'ora se n'è andata a casa senza dirmi nemmeno una parola e io sono rimasta lì in attesa per altri 40 minuti, finché il medico non è uscito a chiedere se avessi bisogno. Lavoro in un centro medico e posso affermare che aldilà del medico, il ruolo della segreteria è fondamentale per i pazienti e per i medici stessi, dato che fa da "intermediario" tra loro e la loro gestione. Mi spiace, ma la segretaria si è dimostrata poco professionale e soprattutto priva di empatia.

I’m just grateful for finding this amazing clinic. ♥️ Appointments are very flexible and easily available around the clock, professional and technological service as well. Real and honest evaluation of any health situation, Without underestimation or exaggeration. The only downside is the arrogant attitude of the receptionist, and she doesn’t speak English;)
