Grazie di cuore, è quell'umanità che speriamo sempre di trovare quando siamo in difficoltà ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi dico solo che ho prenotato una visita a nome mio ma visto che anche mio papà è andato lì a fare visite si sono permessi di chiamare lui per dirmi che la mia visita andava spostata perché il medico è malato.
La mancanza di professionalità in questo caso è assurda visto che le informazioni sanitarie sono private e mi hanno chiesto il numero in chiamata quando ho prenotato. La beffa quando si sono permessi di dirmi "la gente di solito non si arrabbia per queste cose" quando il concetto di cancellare una visita senza avvertire l'interessato dovrebbe bastare ad infastidirmi di per sé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalosi!! Ho prenotato una visita di controllo nei tramite assicurazione fondoest unisalute.
La visita prevedeva il pagamento a carico del paziente di 20 euro, ho fatto accettazione e ho pagato.
Fatta la visita il.medico mi dice di passare ancora in accettazione e dire che ha fatto la mappatura nei.
Sorpresa...in accettazione mi hanno fatto pagare altri 50 euro asserendo do che tale prestazione andava pagata a parte. Domanda...ma chi ve l'ha chiesta ? Vi permettete di fare prestazioni non concordate prima con il paziente e glielo fate pure pagare a caro prezzo ?!
Vergognatevi...mai più da voi!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Signora che fa i prelievi super professionale veramente brava… mentre per la reception c’è ne’ una tremenda ho assistito come aggrediva verbalmente urlandole contro una ragazza incinta..vergognosa! Poco professionale da licenziare a mio parere!
Quando si entra in un luogo come questo bisogna avere di fronte persone che trasmettano agio calore e mantenere nel più possibile tranquille l’empatia da parte di tutto il personale per questi luoghi di lavoro è ESSENZIALE !!!
Io prima di assumere farei fare un bel test+ colloqui con psicologico!!!!
