È molto comodo anche per le semplici analisi del sangue: prendere appuntamento è facile, non ci sono code o attese e gli esiti si ottengono online già il giorno dopo. Inoltre ricevo il rimborso totale o parziale del costo di molte visite grazie agli accordi tra Lodi Salute, assicurazioni sanitarie e datori di lavoro. Excellent service: competent doctors and nurses, in a beautiful and new structure. It is also very convenient for simple blood tests: making an appointment is easy, there are no queues or waits and the results are obtained online the day after. e	emanuela delmiglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata sabato per prelievo 1ora e mezza di attesa perché i bambini che arrivavano a qualsiasi ora avevano la precedenza.. niente da ridire ma suggerirei di mettere un aiuto all infermiera che da sola deve fare i prelievi e occuparsi di eticettare tutte le provette , disinfettare e altro....in più personale all accettazione molto maleducato..e per finire ho delegato per il ritiro un conoscente che mi ha consegnato gli esiti neanche imbustati .. poca professionalità e niente privacy ... Personale ricezione molto cortese. Dottoressa altrettanto gentile. Risultato ricevuto anche prima del previsto. Tempo di entrare, accomodarmi alla reception per la registrazione degli esami e via subito a fare il prelievo, in max 10' sia io che mio figlio avevamo ultimato tutto e domani già possiamo scaricare il referto via web. Servizio rapido e professionale, personale molto gentile. Consigliatissimo This morning I went to this point to do blood tests with my son with a prescription from the NHS. S	Simone Iovane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativissima. Dovevo fare il tampone a Lodi per il Covid in quanto avevo un volo per l'estero di domenica. Sul sito c'e' scritto risultato normalmente in 24-48 ore. Ho chiamato 3 volte per conferma specificando il giorno del volo, ovvero domenica. Tutte e 3 le volte mi e' stato detto che facendolo venerdi' il risultato sarebbe stato sicuramente reperibile online di domenica. Ho prenotato con 2 settimane di anticipo fidandomi degli operatori. Al momento in cui mi reco a fare tampone mi viene detto che il risultato non mi sarebbe mai stato consegnato di domenica in quanto sono 48 ore lavorative (non specificato sul sito). Questo e' stato un grandissimo danno in termini di soldi e di tempo. Very negative experience. I had to swab in Lodi for Covid as I had a flight abroad on Sunday. On the site there is written result normally in 24-48 hours. I called 3 times for confirmation specifying the day of the flight, or Sunday. All 3 times I was told that by doing it on Friday the result would surely be available online on Sunday. I booked 2 weeks in advance, trusting the operators. When I go to swab I am told that the result would never be delivered to me on Sunday as it is 48 working hours (not specified on the site). This was a tremendous amount of damage in terms of money and time.

La receptionist, insensibile, frettolosa, seccata e sbrigativa, mi ha fatto notare che era troppo tardi: erano le 9:50 e i prelievi finiscono alle 9:30. Ok, ho capito, ma un minimo di tatto! Sbolognare così chi ha un problema di salute non è corretto. Inoltre, continuava a propormi di passare il giorno dopo, ma sarebbe stato tardi e soprattutto contro la prescrizione medica d’urgenza. Se avessi seguito questi consiglio frettoloso avrei fatto un ulteriore danno alla mia salute. In generale: Maleducazione e approssimazione.
