★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vogliono che si prenda un appuntamento telefonico, se solo si degnassero di rispondere a telefono e se ci vai di persona forse ti ricevono. Non riesco a trovare l'utilità di questo servizio.
They want you to make a phone appointment, if only they deign to answer the phone and if you go there in person maybe they'll see you. I cannot find the usefulness of this service.

Se hai fortuna e trovi libero, il più delle volte riesci a parlare con un medico.
Ad esempio il 1° novembre dopo 40 minuti di chiamate ininterrotte (era sempre occupato...) sono stata costretta a chiamare un ambulanza.
Da un lato è stato meglio così... Ma non è possibile non riuscire a parlare con un medico in caso di emergenza!
