Ovviamente a volte tutto ciò viene a mancare perché i pazienti sono di un maleducato e scortese indescrivibile ma come centro analisi non lo cambierei con niente al mondo I don't know where other people have been but at medical I have always found kindness, sympathy and professionalism. In tutti questi anni non ho mai visto modi poco garbati, anche quando in alcuni casi i pazienti si sono messi d'impegno nel tentar di far perdere le staffe. Serietà e professionalità regnano sovrani.
