★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte la lunga attesa per l’emergenza Covid, il personale è gentile ed il prelievo è andato molto bene. Da migliorare il ritiro magari in modalità telematica sarebbe perfetto.
Aside from the long wait for the Covid emergency, the staff is friendly and the collection went very well. To improve the withdrawal perhaps in telematic mode would be perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto delle regole nessuna.pazienti analisi seduti fianco a fianco con sospetti covid.numero esagerato di persone dentro la sala.tutto il persone usa il tono della voce a 100db.tutto e un minacciare di essere buttato fuori.per la tanta scortesia nn lo consiglierei a nessuno
Respect for the rules no analysis patients sitting side by side with suspicious covids exaggerated number of people inside the room all the people use the tone of voice at 100db all and a threat of being thrown out for so much rudeness I would not recommend it to nobody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun rispetto per le persone,arriviamo e prendiamo il numero, aspettiamo insieme ad altri la coda, arrivano dopo un po' tre ragazzi, uno di questi il figlio dell'infermiera, lei sottomano gli da un numeretto e scavalcano tutti, come possiamo pensare di creare un mondo migliore se impariamo ai nostri figli a non rispettare gli altri? Ce ne siamo andati altrove e con sorpresa abbiamo pure risparmiato 20€ per le stesse analisi
No respect for people, we arrive and take the number, we wait for the queue together with others, three boys arrive after a while, one of these the nurse's son, she gives him a number and bypasses everyone, how can we think of to create a better world if we learn our children not to respect others? We went elsewhere and surprisingly we also saved € 20 for the same analyzes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offrono tanti servizi, ma purtroppo non nel modo giusto. Spesso la scortesia e la poca gentilezza la fanno da padrone. Il tono di voce è sempre inopportuno così come i rimproveri costanti ai pazienti. Pur avendo tutte le ragioni.. chi fa un lavoro come questo non può permettersi questo atteggiamento.
They offer so many services, but unfortunately not in the right way. Often the rudeness and the lack of kindness are the masters. The tone of voice is always inappropriate as are the constant reproaches to patients. Despite having all the reasons ... whoever does a job like this cannot afford this attitude.

La dottoressa durante il prelievo è stata tutt’altro che delicata, dato che era molto impegnata con il cellulare. Dopo 3 giorni ho un livido molto esteso e non riesco a muovere il braccio
