Il giorno successivo sono andato a fare il prelievo e devo dire che ho notato massima attenzione e scrupolosità nel seguire le procedure. Esito ricevuto per email con la massima tempestività.
LO CONSIGLIO.
Contacted by messenger for an urgent examination, they were very quick to answer me despite the holiday.

Avevo l'esigenza di ricevere il referto delle analisi di mio padre, fondamentali per un' importante visita oncologica, entro una data precisa (cosa che ho specificato piu' volte al Dott. Nicotra) e il giorno stabilito per il ritiro ho trovato il centro chiuso, senza motivo e senza essere stata avvertita. Mio padre ha saltato la visita a causa della loro poca professionalita'.
I will never go back there. I needed to receive my father's analysis report, essential for an important oncological visit, by a specific date (which I have specified several times to Dr. Nicotra) and on the day set for the withdrawal I found the center closed, without reason and without having been warned. My father missed the visit due to their lack of professionalism.
