Mia sorella, nello stesso giorno ha effettuato il tampone a San Greogorio ed in due ore ha ricevuto tutto! Ovviamente segnalerò tutto agli uffici competenti In my case I found myself VERY BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!! quick swab carried out at 09:00, with request for GREEN PASS and at 17:00 HAS NOT ARRIVED YET !!! Sono velocissimi, sempre disponibili e, in caso di problemi per accedere alle certificazioni, ti aiutano immediatamente! Complimenti! Avete un servizio ottimo! :) I've done a quick test in this lab a couple of times. They are very fast, always available and, in case of problems to access the certifications, they help you immediately! Well done! You have great service! :)

La mia domanda però è; Che senso ha pagare un abbonamento tamponi Se praticamente trovarvi aperti e organizzarci gli orari è dunque IMPOSSIBILE e quindi nonostante il pacchetto tamponi, a volte sono stata costretta a pagare altre farmacie, 15 euro in più, xké voi chiusi ed io il pacchetto tamponi l'ho pagato a voi. È IMPOSSIBILE tutto ciò. Great service great girls who work in there. My question however is; What's the point of paying for a tampon pass If practically finding you open and organizing the times is therefore IMPOSSIBLE and therefore despite the tampons package, sometimes I have been forced to pay other pharmacies, 15 euros more, because you closed and I paid for the tampons package. All this is IMPOSSIBLE.

Mi erano stati detti 5/7 giorni lavorativi ma non appena espressa l'urgenza non hanno perso un istante e ho avuto gli esiti anni luce prima della parola datami. Questo si definisce lavorare! Consigliatissimo Exams done yesterday and shortly after 24h I received the results via PDF as agreed. I was told 5/7 working days but as soon as the urgency was expressed they didn't waste a moment and I had the results light years before the word given to me. This is called working! Highly recommended

Negli ultimi 2 anni ho fatto tante analisi presso questo laboratorio, spesso per comodità, ma adesso non verrò mai più. Ho fatto le ultime analisi e mi hanno dato dei valori anomali, il medico mi ha subito confermato che era sicuramente un errore del laboratorio… rifatte in altri laboratori ed era tutto ok. Stesso identico problema con delle analisi di mio marito, ma all’opposto.. aveva un problema e non è stato visto, fatte poco dopo in altro laboratorio identiche analisi e si è compreso il problema. Stop… non verrò mai più. Nonostante ciò, le ragazze che si occupano dell’accettazione, bravissime. I am so sorry to have to give a bad review. In the last 2 years I have done a lot of tests in this laboratory, often for convenience, but now I will never come again. I did the latest tests and they gave me anomalous values, the doctor immediately confirmed that it was definitely a laboratory error ... redone in other laboratories and everything was ok. Same identical problem with my husband's analyzes, but on the contrary .. he had a problem and it was not seen, identical analyzes were made shortly after in another laboratory and the problem was understood. Stop… I'll never come again. Despite this, the girls who deal with acceptance are very good.
