Ho richiesto gentilmente al proprietario di stampare una semplice fotografia. Trascorso un giorno, mi è stata consegnata una "foto di foto": in altre parole, una stampa di una foto della mia foto, con tanto di riflessi dei neon, tavolo da studio e prospettiva evidentemente distorta.
Posto dinanzi al problema, ha negato che l'errore fosse suo o di chi per lui (gli addetti alla stampa), attribuendolo peraltro alla sottoscritta. Avrei certamente apprezzatto di più delle semplici scuse o quantomeno una spiegazione. La mia lamentela non riguarda certo una questione di soldi (la cifra è irrisoria), quanto la poca professionalità nell'ammettere un proprio sbaglio.

I kindly requested the owner to print a simple photograph. After a day, I was given a "photo of photos": in other words, a print of a photo of my photo, complete with reflections of neon lights, a study table and a clearly distorted perspective.
Place before the issue, he denied that the mistake was yours or whoever he (the news media people), however, attributing it to the undersigned. I would certainly have appreciated more than just an apology or at least an explanation. My complaint does not refer to a question of money (the figure is negligible), as the lack of professionalism in admitting his own mistake.
