★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma si trova benissimo cucina come al ristorante , pulizia perfetta. C' e attività di animazione per gli anziani molto ben organizzata e apprezzata. personale tutto cordiale e positivo.
My mom has a great kitchen as in the restaurant, perfect cleaning. There is animation activity for the elderly very well organized and appreciated. all friendly and positive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La zia di mio marito e’ stata ricoverata per piu’di tre anni. Camera grande vista mare al 3 piano. Lei lucidissima, discreta, mai fastidiosa,sebbene molto anziana e non autonoma, a seguito di femore rotto. All’improvviso una domenica di agosto, senza avvisare nessunol, l’hanno strappata dalla sua camera e dalla compagna di stanza con cui si era legata da amicizia e grande affetto reciproco per spostarla al 2 piano con una compagna che non era in grado di parlare. Ha pianto per 3 giorni. Abbiamo protestato con il titolare che ha giustificato questo spostamento per il personale in ferie (?). Abbiamo ottenuto che dopo 4 settimane la riportassero al 3 piano ma in un’altra stanza vista mare. Purtroppo con una compagna che non parlava. Domenica scorsa e’ accaduto di nuovo. L’hanno spostata in una stanza sul retro senza avvisare. Ha pianto 2 giorni al terzo e’ morta. Mi diceva che non capiva il perche di questo trattamento e che non aveva fatto nulla di male. Non aggiungo altro, se non il mio dolore per la sofferenza che le hanno inflitto.
My husband's aunt has been hospitalized for over three years. Large sea view room on the 3rd floor. She very lucid, discreet, never annoying, although very old and not autonomous, following a broken femur. Suddenly one Sunday in August, without notifying anyone, they tore her from her room and from her roommate with whom she had been linked by friendship and great mutual affection to move her to the 2nd floor with a partner who was unable to speak . He cried for 3 days. We protested to the owner who justified this shift for staff on vacation (?). We got that after 4 weeks they brought her back to the 3rd floor but to another room with sea view. Unfortunately with a partner who didn't speak. Last Sunday it happened again. They moved her to a back room without notifying. She cried 2 days to the third and died. He told me that he did not understand the reason for this treatment and that he had done nothing wrong. I don't add anything else, if not my pain for the suffering they have inflicted on her.
