Consigliata la struttura per un problema alla mano, il 5/3 fatto una visita ortopedica con successo, la dottoressa mi consiglia un intervento. Messo in lista e mi dice, che dopo pasqua serei stato chiamato per il ricovero e a giorni dopo la visita mi avrebbero contattato per la conferma. Cosa che quasi dopo un mese non è accaduto, chiamo in clinica e dopo tante,e tante volte sono riuscito a farmi rispondere, spiego quello che mi era stato detto dalla dottoressa e con voce arrogante mi viene risposto, come se la colpa fosse mia, che interventi così a breve tempo non si fanno, che l'attesa è di sei mesi, verso novembre sarò chiamato. Il problema non è l'attesa, ma dovevate avvisare voi della attesa così lunga. E vi dovete mettere d'accordo nel dire le cose giuste hai pazienti. I dottori dicono una data e l'ufficio ricoveri cambia tutto. C'è qualcosa che non va!!!!!! Devo ricredermi sulla recensione del 5/3/2021, c'è stato un frainteso sulla data dell'intervento da parte mia sicuramente. Mi hanno chiamato come avevano detto settembre /ottobre, fatto l'intervento il 28/09 da uno staff medico e infermieristico spettacolare, gentili e bravi in tutto. The problem is not the wait, but you had to warn yourself of the long wait. And you have to agree to say the right things you have patients. The doctors say a date and the admissions office changes everything. There is something wrong!!!!!! I have to change my mind on the review of 3/5/2021, there was a misunderstanding on the date of the intervention on my part for sure. They called me as they said September / October, had the surgery on 28/09 by a spectacular medical and nursing staff, kind and good at everything. I thank Villa Bianca 5 star rating

OVVIAMENTE sono andato come paziente convenzionato, non da privato, li magari sarebbe stato differente il trattamento. Perché con i convenzionati non si perde tempo inutile vero? Prendo appuntamento la prima volta, dopo l'attesa entro in ambulatorio una dottoressa mi fa attendere 10 minuti (in piedi con mal di schiena) perché invia messaggini. Dopo mi seggo, le spiego le problematiche, dopo 1 minuto mi interrompe e mi richiede accertamenti, senza nemmeno visitarmi e continuando a guardare il cellualare invece che me. 40 euro di spesa per 2 minuti, SENZA VISITA, quindi è un consulto non una visita. fammela pagare come tale se non mi visiti no? Seconda dottoressa seconda visita, porto la TAC e i RAGGI dopo 2 minuti mi prescrive la fisioterapia. A quel punto pretendo una visita e solo dopo averla pretesa, la dotteressa procede ad una rapida visita, nonostante i miei problemi alla schiena siano SERI e non leggeri. Nessuna spiegazione, nessun minuto perso a spiegare quale è il problema e la diagnosi, nessuno scambio comunicativo con il paziente.Prescrive fisioterapia, senza nemmeno spiegare il problema. Il tutto condito da fretta, poca cortesia, e quasi "fastidio" in assoluto non lo consiglio, ci sono strutture MOLTO migliori e molto più serie. Ci deve essere comunicazione da parte del medico, non chiusura. Siamo persone, e persone con problemi di salute. Absolutely the worst experience in 48 years regarding diagnosis. There must be communication from the doctor, not closure. We are people, and people with health problems.

Medici infermieri e personale tutto di una professionalità fuori dal comune, per non parlare della gentilezza e cortesia. Mia moglie ha subito un intervento a ben due dita a scatto, e grazie a questa struttura dopo alcune ore dall’operazione già si sentiva meglio. Ringrazio tutti e auguro un buon lavoro. La pecca è l'ortopedico sono andato con un artrosi alluce molto forte mi ha detto di procurarmi i medicinali per poi tornare da lui che mi faceva delle informazioni. Ho chiesto se mi faceva togliere l'infiammazione per il momento mi ha dato pikke. Io ho lavorato per 15 anni in Ortopedia, i medici hanno sempre fatto qualcosa per sfiammare le parti interessate.
