★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona sera, ho comprato un modem ieri 16 gennaio ore 18 circa, il venditore preparato mi propone estensione garanzia, per soli 3 euro in più, cioè invece che 139.99 a 142.99, ok no problem, peccato che omette di dirmi che per attivare la garanzia devo collegarmi al sito e seguire una determinata procedura, scusate ma se un cliente accetta di estendere una garanzia, perché deve fare lui tutto il lavoro, voi proponete voi fate il lavoro di estensione in automatico, senza nessun sbattimento per il cliente. La prossima volta non farò nessun tipo di estensione garanzia, così perdete i clienti presenti e futuri. Mi attendo una risposta adeguata, potenzialmente dovrei cambiare n.2 televisori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio ben fornito ma il personale voglia di lavorare zero…. Ho dovuto per forza acquistare per un’urgenza ma in questo punto vendita non ci metterò più piede. Per sapere le caratteristiche del prodotto che dovevo acquistare, mi sono dovuta collegare ad internet perché nessuno ti spiega niente…. Assumete persone che hanno voglia di lavorare e la gente magari torna…. Io non ci metterò più piede .
The shop is well stocked but the staff want to work zero…. I had to buy because of an urgency, but I won't set foot in this store again. To find out the characteristics of the product I had to buy, I had to connect to the internet because no one explains anything to you…. Hire people who want to work and people maybe come back…. I will never set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre trovata molto bene in questo Negozio,pur avendo molto vicino Unieuro,preferisco fare un po' di strada ed essere trattata molto bene,a parte qualche commesso molto sgarbato!! Abbiamo preso li quasi tutti gli elettrodomestici che abbiamo in casa! Potrei dare 5 stelle in più li darei!!

Always found very well in this shop, despite having Unieuro very close, I prefer to go a little way and be treated very well, apart from some very rude salesman !! We've got almost all the appliances we have in the house there! I could give 5 more stars I would give them !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never purchase online again. Had a very bitter experience. Suggest everyone to stay out online purchases. They have no proper system to trace where the packages are or even the purchased stuff in the store. And the customer care call center is at Albania. Recently Mediaworld Vittuone has diverted their calls to Albania. Very disappointed. They know nothing other than ask to wait and make signalling to the relevant parties. I have seen news that stating AGCM has fined Media World for the breaching the trust. At least try to stablish a proper costumer care service other than only focusing for the profit. I am sure you have lost many customers around last 2021Black Friday and Christmas period.
