Purtroppo però il lavoro ha richiesto più interventi (con relativi viaggi), prima perché la batteria sostituita era difettosa ed è saltata dopo due ore, poi perché il telefono non era stato richiuso in maniera adeguata. Il problema dell'eccessivo surriscaldamento del telefono e della scarsa autonomia è stato parzialmente superato. Il telefono aveva circa 2 anni e mezzo e alla fine l'ho sostituito. Giuseppe ha tutte le competenze necessarie per garantire ed offrire un pacchetto da hoc. Degna di nota anche la celere velocità nell'esecuzione ( la mia situazione mi imponeva di aver ripristinato lo smartphone da una bruttissima rottura in tempi veramente e sottolineo veramente brevi . Disponibile e serio, per un'altro intervento non esiterei a richiamarlo affidandogli una riparazione o sostituzione. Competente ed aggiornato sulle procedure per il backup dei dati in caso di necessità.. 5 stelle meritate anche se parlandoci assieme l'aggiunta di una lode non la escluderei. Si vede e si capisce che è la sua propensione. BRAVO GIUSEPPE, continua così. Uno dei servizi che in molti negozi non ci sono è che vengono fino a casa tua per prendere il prodotto, ripararlo e riportarlo senza costi aggiuntivi e questa è una cosa ottima per chi non ha molto tempo.
