do not know how to take photographs for documents. there is a shadow in the back in the photo. poor print quality. There was already a similar review, I thought it was an exception, but it turned out to be the rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima qualità di stampa. ha stampato tutto con un colore strano rosso. quando gli ho chiesto come mai colore cosi rosso? mi ha risposto il problema è di file non di stampante mentre ho stampato questo file subito dopo ad un altro posto e nessun colore rosso. 50 euro mi ha costato per colpa sua.
bad print quality. he printed everything in a strange red color. when I asked him why was it so red? I replied the problem is of non-printer file while I printed this file immediately after to another place and no red color. 50 euros cost me because of him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stampa di qualità pessima. Ho chiesto di stampare un documento Word contenente foto con la stampante laser. I colori sono tutti viranti al blu/verde, le foto sono desaturate e buie. Non è stata usata la carta per la stampa a colori ma una molto granulosa. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno detto che è colpa del documento Word ma ho stampato lo stesso documento in un altro negozio alla metà del prezzo e ottenendo una qualità nettamente superiore
Bad quality printing. I asked to print a Word document containing photos with the laser printer. The colors are all blue / green, the photos are desaturated and dark. Color printing paper was not used but a very grainy one. When I asked for explanations they told me that it is the fault of the Word document but I printed the same document in another shop at half the price and obtaining a clearly superior quality
