Dopo qualche giorno vengo contattato da Carminati e mi dice che il prezzo è di 100€. Considerando che si trovano queste macchine usate dai 100€ in giù, decido di non accettare il preventivo. Passa qualche giorno e vado in negozio a ritirare la macchina: "Eh guarda non ricordavo non volessi ripararla, l'ho fatto in automatico, sono 100€". Poca correttezza e cortesia da parte di questo riparatore che risponde alla mia disapprovazione proponendomi di tenersi la macchina. Riesco quasi litigando a scendere a 50€. Oltre tutto la riparazione è stata fatta male, le guarnizioni a tenuta di luce e la spugnetta del battispecchio logore non sono state sostituite e un pezzettino mancante è stato incollato grossolanamente. In fine il pulsante di scatto si è incastrato poco dopo la riparazione, rendendo l'apparecchio inservibile. Senz'altro ha perso un cliente e ha guadagnato cattiva pubblicità. Consiglio vivamente a chi avesse necessità di riparazione o acquisti il negozio Newoldcamera in corso San Michele del Carso: gentilezza e professionalità garantita. Finally, the shutter button got stuck shortly after the repair, making the device unusable. He certainly lost a customer and gained bad publicity. Meriterebbe solo 1 stella o 2 stelle solo perché è cortese. Ricordate di giudicare il lavoro e non mettere 5 stelle solo perché vi dice buongiorno quando entrate. A me è sembrato nella media la sua gentilezza. Il lavoro PESSIMO. Mi ha fatto un servizio ad un prezzo elevato e quando ho avuto problemi mi ha rifatto pagare. Non è accettabile. The positive reviews are about the kindness of the guy while the negative ones about his work. How disgusting. This man works badly! It only deserves 1 star or 2 stars just because it's courteous. Remember to rate the work and don't put 5 stars just because it says good morning when you walk in. His kindness seemed average to me. The BAD work. He gave me a service at a high price and made me pay when I had problems. It is not acceptable.

Io ho consegnato le mie due macchine fotografiche e sono ancora 6 MESI che le cerca. 3) NON RIPARA BENE. Mi ha riparato la macchina il giorno dopo stesso problema. Quando lo riportata in negozio mi ha detto che devo pagare di nuovo. 4) STRA-CARO per il servizio che da. S	SkySurfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sicuramente bravo nelle riparazioni, sfortunatamente non cosi' trasparente quando si tratta di fare preventivi trovandosi poi con la sorpresa a fine lavoro e sentendosi anche dire che alla Canon/ Nikon nn avrei pagato meno.. certainly good at repairs, unfortunately not so transparent when it comes to making estimates, finding himself then with the surprise at the end of the work and also being told that I would not have paid less at the Canon / Nikon.

Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che amano le "cose autentiche". Sono ben felice di avergli lasciato un obiettivo da riparare. The owner is a very interesting person. Ho dovuto innanzitutto attendere un mese intero senza alcuna notizia dal signor Carminati riguardo a tempi e preventivo sul lavoro da fare. Dopo questo mese sono andata in negozio a sollecitare per avere informazioni in più sulla spesa prevista e sul tipo di lavoro, perché la macchina mi serviva per un progetto universitario, e il signore mi ha risposto in modo vago che "c'era qualcosa che non andava", rifiutandosi tra l'altro di ridarmi indietro la mia macchina (dati i tempi stretti, gli ho detto che me la sarei anche ripresa anche così com'era). Sono stata liquidata molto sgarbatamente e mi è stato chiesto di tornare dopo una settimana. Quando sono tornata (per la terza volta) in negozio, la macchina mi è stata riconsegnata con una riparazione solo parziale e con in più lo schermo rotto dal signore, che si è offerto di sostituirmelo gratuitamente. In tutta sincerità non mi fido per niente a riportargli la reflex, e quindi dovrò tenermela con il display rotto.
