Ho mandato anche altre persone che si sono trovate altrettanto bene. Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative. Consigliato a chiunque, massima serietà! Comprata asciugatrice martedì 30 marzo, il giorno dopo alle 9.30 del mattino abbiamo voluto esercitare il nostro diritto di ripensamento come da codice del consumatore, sono 3 giorni che andiamo avanti da casa al negozio, abbiamo scritto una PEC per esercitare il nostro diritto e bloccare i termini dei 7 giorni. Morale abbiamo dovuto fare chiamare dal legale e stiamo ancora litigando. Il titolare dice che noi volevamo restituire perché trovata a meno, ma nella nostra PEC non c'è scritto nulla del genere, e noi non abbiamo indicato questo motivo per cui vogliamo restituire l'asciugatrice hover. Ci parla del buono ma è una proposta Fuffa perché un buono da € 590 valido un mese è una fregatura solo per il cliente. Cosa vera che essendo troppo alta non ci sta nel nostro mobile e noi abbiamo acquistato perché ci erano state dette delle misure che poi di fatto non sono quelle perché l'elettrodomestico è più alto di qualche cm. Quando devi comprare sono lì a spingerti e fanno mille promesse ma poi se si hanno problemi ti dicono arrangiati. Arroganza è nessuna conoscenza delle banali norme sancite nel Codice del Consumo. Mai più comprerò da questi Bad experience. La signora che abbiamo trovato ieri pomeriggio sembrava addirittura infastidita dalla nostra presenza,tanto da farci uscire immediatamente. La loro risposta e stata ché devo chiamare DeLonghi!! Ma il frigo l ho comprato di seconda mano dà loro quindi visto Ché sé ne lavano le mani non comprerò più niente da loro!! Sconsigliatissimo!! Anche perché se lo mando in garanzia non posso continuare a buttare cibo Bad experience!! Bought a regenerated 190 built-in refrigerator plus transport and assembly !!
