Servizio clienti pessimo, zero disponibilità, consegna in ritardo di oltre 2 settimane, niente timbro su garanzia e soprattutto su un pagamento di 1.100€ ti rilasciano solo scontrino di 100€ a meno che tu non vada a chiedere. Ora si capisce il sottocosto! SCONSIGLIATO! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Bad customer service, zero availability, over 2 weeks late delivery, no stamp on guarantee and above all on a payment of € 1,100 they only issue you a receipt of € 100 unless you go and ask. Now you understand the below cost! NOT RECOMMENDED!
R	Rent Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LASCIATE STARE. Esperienza pessima, servizio clienti scadente, capacità di relazione con i clienti praticamente nulla. Trattato a pesci in faccia dalla signora avendo richiesto una volta in più un'informazione tecnica: "Ma lei mi ascolta quando parlo?" Se trattano così un nuovo cliente, non oso immaginare il resto del servizio. Lasciate stare, comprate da un'altra parte. Date soldi a gente competente. LET IT BE. Bad experience, poor customer service, practically no customer relationship skills. Treated with fish in the face by the lady having once more requested technical information: "But do you listen to me when I speak?" If they treat a new customer like this, I dare not imagine the rest of the service. Forget it, buy somewhere else. Give money to competent people.

Ho dovuto cambiare il materasso per questo problema ben tre volte!!. Alla seconda volta me ne hanno mandato uno all'apparenza migliore (più denso) e dopo pochi giorni ci risiamo, quasi uguale all'altro. Al terzo tentativo ho cambiato modello di materasso scegliendo forse il più costoso dell'azienda, ovviamente aggiungendo soldi ma avendo un forte sconto e devo dire che il miglioramento c'è stato da punto di vista del memory e dei materiali interni. Non ci siamo ancora sui materiali esterni (la copertura lascia ancora moltissimo peeling). I materiali sono scadenti, le coperture dei materassi lasciano peeling e le cuciture si tolgono. Aggiornamento stato del materasso: a qualche settimana dal cambio, il materasso (dove è stata fatta l'aggiunta dei centimetri aggiuntivi) si taglia in due. In pratica, hanno tagliato un pezzo di materiale e l'hanno foderato, non hanno fatto una vera giunta né l'hanno fissata con qualche materiale/ colla. Se volete Prendere dei memory di qualità e su misura, non acquistate in questo negozio!!!! Contrariamente spero vi arrivi a casa un materasso uguale a quello che provate in negozio (io ne ho acquistati due e entrambi erano diversi dal modello provato) Arrived read with missing pieces, medium-long waits and poor memory mattresses quality. Mattress status update: a few weeks after the change, the mattress (where the addition of additional centimeters was made) is cut in two. In practice, they cut a piece of material and lined it, did not make a real joint nor did they fix it with some material / glue. If you want to take quality and customized memory, do not buy in this shop !!!! On the contrary, I hope you get home a mattress equal to what you try in the store (I bought two and both were different from the model tested)
