★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo showroom è grande con diverse cucine e diversi ambienti che sono stati di aiuto per comprendere bene i prodotti e la tecnologia di Lube. Il personale che mi ha seguito e pilotato nella stesura del progetto della mia cucina l'ho trovato gentile e preparato. Preciso anche nella formulazione del preventivo. Mi hanno convinto e alla fine ho formalizzato il contratto.
The showroom is large with different kitchens and different environments that helped to understand Lube's products and technology well. The staff who followed me and guided me in the drafting of the project of my kitchen found them kind and prepared. Precise also in the formulation of the estimate. They convinced me and in the end I formalized the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credevo che Lube fosse sinonimo di qualità, ma mi sono dovuta ricredere.
Ci hanno attirato con la scusa di un weekend di sconti, sconti che in realtà applicano a tutti e sempre.
La cucina è lontana dall’essere di qualità: è stata montata da personale non professionale, i materiali sono scadenti e dopo pochi mesi mostrano già svariati segni di usura: scolapiatti arrugginito, elettrodomestici graffiati, colla che si stacca.
Ciliegina sulla torta: non rispondono non solo alle vostra chiamate, ma neanche alle lettere degli avvocati.
Non vi fidate di questo “negozio”.
La prossima cucina la compro di Ikea.
I thought that Lube was synonymous with quality, but I had to change my mind.
They attracted us with the excuse of a weekend of discounts, discounts that actually apply to everyone and always.
The kitchen is far from being of quality: it was assembled by unprofessional staff, the materials are poor and after a few months they already show various signs of wear: rusty dish drainer, scratched appliances, peeling glue.
The icing on the cake: they don't answer not only your calls, but not even letters from lawyers.
Don't trust this "shop".
I buy the next kitchen from Ikea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cucina mi è stata consegnata senza sgabelli e senza una gamba del tavolo e un frontale da sostituire. Dopo circa un mese mi hanno consegnato la gamba del tavolo e ho potuto utilizzarlo. Anche la progettazione lascia a desiderare infatti dovrò integrare alcuni pezzi in quanto non sono stata consigliata bene. Probabilmente il rapporto con il cliente andrebbe curato meglio visto che comunque si paga tutto in anticipo e poi ti fanno aspettare un mese dalla consegna per un pezzo senza neanche scusarsi.
The kitchen was delivered to me without stools and without a table leg and front to replace. After about a month they handed me the table leg and I was able to use it. Even the design leaves something to be desired in fact I will have to integrate some pieces as I have not been well advised. Probably the relationship with the customer should be better looked after since you pay everything in advance and then they make you wait a month from delivery for a piece without even apologizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è qualificato e molto cortese. Purtroppo per loro il servizio assistenza non è assolutamente all'altezza del nome.
Il montatore è stato molto maleducato ed incapace, mi ha montato la cucina in 2 ore, tutta fuori bolla e con parti incomplete.
L'assistenza mi ha risolto quasi tutti i problemi dopo 4 mesi dopo continui solleciti.
Sconsiglio assolutamente
The staff is qualified and very courteous. Unfortunately for them, the customer service does not quite live up to the name.
The fitter was very rude and incapable, he assembled the kitchen in 2 hours, all out of the bubble and with incomplete parts.
The assistance solved almost all my problems after 4 months after constant reminders.
I absolutely do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente , al momento dell'ordine tutto bene,ovviamente .....mi viene da dire oggi.
Abbiamo acquistato due cucine, una io e una mia mamma.
Io parto, con l'arrivo della cucina nel mese di Giugno. Arrivano pezzi errati e mancanti. Ancora ad oggi, Novembre non è sistemata.
La cucina di mia mamma arriva pochi giorni fa, lavandino piú piccolo(rimane un buco di 15cm circa sul top) e rimangono fuori in bella vista tutti i tubi di rame del gas, mentre al momento dell'ordine viene fatto intendere che sarebbero stati coperti.
Ora mia mamma attende il lavandino che ancora non si è capito quando arriverà. Lo mettono urgente dicono, peccato che io per i miei pezzi sto attendendo da Giugno.
Ci siamo fidati del marchio LUBE ma siamo delusi.

Now my mom is waiting for the sink that we still haven't figured out when it will arrive. They put it urgently, they say, it's a pity that I have been waiting for my pieces since June.
We trusted the LUBE brand but we are disappointed.
