Ho telefonato prima per chiedere se fossero aperti e se fosse necessario fissare un appuntamento e si sono dimostrati subito cordiali e disponibili.
Ho avuto un problema al PC che è stato risolto in giornata e quando a causa di un contrattempo sono passato a ritirare il computer al limite dell'orario di chiusura si sono preoccupati di contattarmi per sapere quando sarei passato e non si sono fatti problemi ad aspettarmi, anche a costo di tenere aperto più a lungo rispetto all'orario indicato, il che è indice di elevata professionalità e cordialità.

I phoned earlier to ask if they were open and if it was necessary to make an appointment and they were immediately friendly and helpful.
I had a problem with the PC that was solved within the day and when due to a mishap I went to collect the computer at the limit of closing time they took care to contact me to find out when I would have passed and they did not hesitate to wait for me , even at the cost of keeping open longer than the indicated time, which is an indication of high professionalism and friendliness.
