Ho portato un portatile asus, pagato 600€ di 6 anni che non si accendeva piú... Scheda madre bruciata, costo 260€, decido di non ripararlo. Vado a riprenderlo e me lo restituiscono completamente smontato dicendo che i non riparati non li rimontano!!! Và bene che il preventivo è gratuito ma non esiste riconsegnare un portatile in mille pezzi! Piuttosto chiedimi 20 o 30 € per il preventivo! Sicuramente non ci tornerò piú!!!
Non ho rifiutato nulla in quanto Non mi avete assolutamente proposto di rimontarlo per 20€!!! Altrimenti non avrei scritto quello che ho scritto!!!
Very bad!
I brought an asus laptop, paid 600 € for 6 years that didn't turn on anymore ... Motherboard burned, cost 260 €, I decide not to repair it. I'm going to take it back and give it back to me completely disassembled saying that the unrepaired ones don't get them back !!! It is good that the estimate is free but there is no return of a laptop in a thousand pieces! Instead ask me 20 or 30 € for the quote! Surely I will never go back there !!!
I have not refused anything as you have absolutely not offered me to put it back for € 20 !!! Otherwise I wouldn't have written what I wrote !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo per un ringraziamento, per un lavoro ben fatto.
In un momento di distrazione, tempo fa, mentre stavo lavorando sul mio pc, gli ho versato sopra mezza tazza di thè, sia pur poco zuccherato.
La fugace illusione che non fosse successo niente è quasi subito svanita quando i tasti hanno cominciato a impastarsi prima e a scricchiolare poi, alcuni rimanendo premuti. Impossibile lavorare.
Dopo consultazione online di possibili soluzioni, prova con la bomboletta d'aria compressa, solo un palliativo, arrivo al laboratorio Centro assistenza computer.
Colgo subito competenza e gentilezza, ciò che ti aspetti quando hai un problema e speri che ci sia qualcuno che ti aiuti a risolvere.
La sostituzione della sola tastiera non è possibile perchè è corpo unico con il guscio del pc, un intervento piuttosto costoso e molto invasivo. E comporta l'attesa del pezzo di ricambio.
Il signor Monti mi propone il lavaggio, operazione comunque delicata ma che è possibile svolgere immediatamente nel laboratorio e potrebbe dare buon esito, con il liquido specifico utilizzato.
Il lavoro è stato eseguito a regola d'arte, il mio pc funziona bene, da tempo ormai. Ho rimappato il tasto backslash che si era subito rivelato non funzionante, utilizzando il tasto Ins, che non uso sostanzialmente mai.
Con una spesa molto contenuta e con un intervento immediato ho potuto riprendere il mio lavoro, lasciando alle spalle la preoccupazione per il danno da me causato maldestramente.
Grazie quindi allo staff del Centro assistenza computer, è bello poter contare su persone che lavorano bene e consigliano in modo disinteressato.

The replacement of the keyboard alone is not possible because it is a single body with the PC shell, a rather expensive and very invasive operation. And it involves waiting for the spare part.
Mr. Monti proposes washing, a delicate operation that can be carried out immediately in the laboratory and could be successful, with the specific liquid used.
The work has been done in a workmanlike manner, my PC has been working well for some time now. I have remapped the backslash button that immediately proved to be non-functional, using the Ins key, which I basically never use.
With a very low cost and with an immediate intervention I was able to resume my work, leaving behind the concern for the damage caused by me clumsily.
Thanks therefore to the staff of the computer assistance center, it is nice to be able to count on people who work well and advise in a disinterested way.

Sono passate 3 settimane e l’unica notizia che ho è che il mio computer non funziona più e non si sa quando lo avrò in dietro Mi hanno creato danno sul lavoro e di conseguenza economico . Andate altrove
I delivered a MacBook Pro, fully functional, for a simple memory boost. They told me 1 or 2 days and it will be ready. 3 weeks have passed and the only news I have is that my computer no longer works and you don't know when I will have it back. They have created damage to my work and consequently to my financial situation. Go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono davvero amareggiato nel fare questa recensione perchè si sarebbe potuta evitare.
Ho portato il mio Macbook PRO 2020 a smontare e lavare perchè erroneamente si è rovesciato un po' meno di mezzo bicchiere d'acqua sulla tastiera. Nonostante la mia reazione immediata nel girarlo e tamponare la tastiera ho voluto per scrupolo portarlo presso questo centro assistenza per un controllo ed un lavaggio in vasca ad ultrasuoni, la sicurezza non è mai abbastanza quando si parla di laptop da 2400 €.
A parte la scarsa professionalità delle impiegate che rispondono al telefono, alle volte anche in modo sgarbato, il lavoro fatto dal tecnico sembrava certosino. L'ambiente sembra inoltre molto professionale.
"Piccolo" problema, la sera in cui ho ritirato il laptop arrivo a casa e sconcertato mi rendo conto che lo schermo ha 4 rigate.
Dopo averli chiamati ed aver atteso per 3 giorni una risposta (c'era di mezzo anche il weekend ma lavorano anche al sabato) mi viene detto che non possono essere stati loro e che non possono fare nulla per venirmi incontro. NON mi aspettavo nulla di più, sia chiaro, sta di fatto che quando l'ho portato lo schermo era immacolato ed ora è rigato, in 4 punti, righe larghe quasi quanto lo schermo. Righe che tra l'altro, sono molto schematiche, difficili da fare se non in fase di "smanettamento".

I am really saddened to do this review as it could have been avoided.
I took my Macbook PRO 2020 to disassemble and wash because it mistakenly spilled a little less than half a glass of water on the keyboard. Despite my immediate reaction in turning it and dabbing the keyboard, I wanted to scruple to take it to this service center for a check and an ultrasonic cleaning in the tub, safety is never enough when it comes to laptops for € 2400.
Apart from the lack of professionalism of the employees who answer the phone, sometimes even in a rude way, the work done by the technician seemed painstaking. The environment also looks very professional.
"Small" problem, the night I picked up the laptop I arrive home and bewildered I realize that the screen has 4 lines.
After calling them and waiting for an answer for 3 days (there was also the weekend involved but they also work on Saturdays) I am told that it could not have been them and that they cannot do anything to help me. I did NOT expect anything more, mind you, the fact is that when I brought it the screen was immaculate and now it is striped, in 4 points, lines almost as wide as the screen. Lines that, among other things, are very schematic, difficult to do if not in the "tweak" phase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato questo PC perché si era scollato il rivestimento dello schermo. Dopo alcuni giorni sono stato contattato e per la sostituzione mi erano stati chiesti 200€ perché andava sostituito lo schermo. Ho detto che non ero interessato visto il valore del PC. Al ritiro ho trovato questa sorpresa il PC completamente aperto e ora non lo posso più nemmeno chiudere. Alla mia domanda cos era successo la risposta è stata: abbiamo dovuto aprirlo per vedere quelle fosse il problema. Li sconsiglio vivamente ora mi ritrovo con un PC funzionante da sostituire. Complimenti!!
I brought this PC because the screen cover had come off. After a few days I was contacted and for the replacement I was asked for € 200 because the screen had to be replaced. I said I was not interested given the value of the PC. When I retired I found this surprise the PC completely open and now I can't even close it anymore. To my question what happened the answer was: we had to open it to see what was the problem. I strongly advise against them now I find myself with a working PC to replace. Well done!!
