Se volete acquistare un computer, entrando nel negozio potreste avere l'impressione di trovarvi nel posto sbagliato, dato che parte di esso è adibito a cartoleria, ma anche solo facendo 2 parole con lo staff potrete constatare fin da subito la competenza in campo informatico. Oltre ad avermi dato consigli mirati sui migliori componenti hardware per le mie necessità, lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile, per cui posso solo che ritenermi soddisfatto. La scorsa settimana ho inoltre acquistato da loro 2 banchi ram da aggiungere al mio pc, e il titolare mi ha seguito telefonicamente nei settaggi del bios, molto competente e disponibile, in una parola OTTIMO. La prima volta che scoprii il negozio chiamai per capire i vari metodi di pagamento e procedura per la consegna. Si dimostrarono subito cordiali e professionali. Alla fine comprai con immensa gioia un pc assemblato di fascia alta, per intenderci che riesca a fare girare bene i migliori titoli fluidi in 4k. Ed eccoci qua. Che dire vi consiglio di chiamare per avere tutte le informazioni del caso vogliate creare un pc da zero, oppure per richiedere assistenza, sono sempre a disposizione e davvero molto gentili ed educati. A febbraio ho avuto la necessità di acquistare una Workstation per il mio studio di architettura e cercando in internet ho trovato Emmedue, incuriosito dalle recensioni positive ho deciso di chiedere un preventivo (anche a loro oltre che ad altri, tra i quali il mio tecnico abituale). Vincenzo preparato e competente ha sempre risposto ad ogni mia domanda in merito a diverse soluzioni hardware, dopo 4 variazioni del preventivo, anche per l'ottima offerta economica, ho deciso di confermare la Workstation: confermata il 10 febbraio (giovedì) il 14 febbraio era pronta (lunedì). Cosa non da poco l'ordine e la precisione che garantiscono ai clienti: oltre ad assemblare le WS perfettamente alla consegna danno anche tutte le scatole dei componenti utilizzati (con tanto di pellicole e sacchetti originali). Ieri ritirato Notebook HP, prezzo TOP (e di preventivi ne avevo altri), velocità e cortesia come sempre! Sia la WS che il NB mi sono stati consegnati configurati come da mie richieste, aggiornati e pronti all'uso. Bravi Vincenzo e Michela. Super recommended, professionalism, courtesy and speed! Vincenzo, prepared and competent, has always answered all my questions regarding different hardware solutions, after 4 changes in the estimate, also for the excellent economic offer, I decided to confirm the Workstation: confirmed on February 10 (Thursday) February 14 was ready (Monday). What's more, the order and precision they guarantee to customers: in addition to assembling the WS perfectly upon delivery, they also give all the boxes of the components used (complete with original films and bags). Yesterday HP notebook retired, TOP price (and I had other quotes), speed and courtesy as always! Both the WS and the NB have been delivered to me configured as per my requests, updated and ready to use. Well done Vincenzo and Michela.
