Mandato in assistenza, se lo tennero 5 mesi per poi riaverlo (dopo decine di lamentele) che dava ancora problemi..
5 years ago I bought a phone from them that gave problems after 1 month.
Sent to assistance, they kept it 5 months and then got it back (after dozens of complaints) that still gave problems ..

Ho chiamato il call center la signora in maniera molto sgarbata mi dice di spedire una mail.
Mando la mail e sono 2 settimane che ho spedito la mail e nessuno mi risponde. compro da anni su internet...uno dei peggiori negozi on line...a mio parere è da EVITARE TASSATIVAMENTE.
Nessuna comunicazione sull'avvenuta spedizione.
I bought a video surveillance kit and they sent me a totally different DVR.
I called the call center in a very rude way tells me to send an email.
I send the e-mail and I have sent the e-mail for 2 weeks and no one answers me. I buy for years on the internet ... one of the worst online shops ... in my opinion it is AVOIDABLE TO AVOID.
No communication on shipment.

Sono andato lì per cambiare la batteria e al ritorno non funzionava più il tasto home, sono ritornato lì per chiedere spiegazioni, ma loro con un atteggiamento maleducato mi hanno detto che non era una loro colpa e mi volevano pure far pagare lo schermo del telefono per la riparazione. Assurdo
AWFUL!
I went there to change the battery and on my return the home button no longer worked, I went back there to ask for an explanation, but with a rude attitude they told me that it was not their fault and they also wanted to charge me for the phone screen for the repair. Absurd
