I recommend this shop to everyone! Despite the Covid fast and impeccable service; the staff is patient, kind and very competent, they suggest a solution to every problem. The prices are really competitive. I will definitely be back and in the meantime I thank Francesco for his attention and availability, a quality that is now increasingly RARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni qualvolta che vado nel negozio per ricariche chiedere delle informazioni o prendere una bombola di gas ti fanno solo paranoie, specialmente riguardo il tempo che non c’è organizzazione. Non si capisce se è in ordine d’arrivo, bisogna prenotare, eccetera non lo consiglio. Non si rispettano i turni. E non ci rispetta il cliente.
Per non parlare poi del telefono che non rispondono mai e lasciano alzato la cornetta. È un disastro. Non lo dico perché ho rabbia verso di loro ma c’è nel vero senso della parola il menefreghismo.
Whenever I go to the store for refills, asking for information or getting a gas bottle, you are only paranoid, especially about the time when there is no organization. It is not clear if it is in order of arrival, you have to book, etc. I do not recommend it. Shifts are not respected. And the customer does not respect us.
Not to mention the phone that never answer and leave the handset up. It is a disaster. I don't say this because I have anger towards them but there is indifference in the true sense of the word.
