Ovvio che la tempistica è determinata in funzione alla marca (garanzie ufficiali), di conseguenza è normale attendere 20/30 giorni per la riparazione.

Non riesco a riottenere il mio telefono consegnato al centro assistenza a fine ottobre 2013 e, sebbene fosse stato consegnato a fine ottobre, l'intervento risulta aperto a metà novembre. Ogni volta che chiamo gli operatori di tale centro assistenza mi danno una risposta differente, e, di conseguenza, non so a chi credere. L'intervento risulta chiuso il 06/12/13 con la voce: "riconsegnato al cliente" ma, credo proprio che sia una voce falsa in quanto non ho ricevuto NIENTE; non so perché abbiano chiuso l'intervento, forse per ottenere prima il rimborso da samsung. Spero di riavere presto il mio telefono.
I received a very bad treatment. I can't get my phone back to the service center at the end of October 2013, and although it was delivered in late October, the intervention is open in mid-November. Every time I call the operators of this assistance center they give me a different answer, and, consequently, I don't know who to believe. The intervention is closed 06/12/13 with the voice: "returned to the customer" but, I really believe that it is a false voice as I have not received ANYTHING; I don't know why they ended the surgery, maybe to get the refund from samsung first. I hope to get my phone back soon.
