Ho prenotato un tavolo una settimana prima e ...sorpresa! al momento dell'arrivo nel locale è stata negata l'esistenza della mia prenotazione quasi dandomi la colpa come se mi fossi inventata la cosa (con cellulare alla mano che mostra la chiamata effettuata). Non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto delle sentite scuse.. ho visto un atteggiamento di totale indifferenza (ho fatto mezz'ora di macchina da bari con la pioggia). Al posto del proprietario avrei mostrato sincero dispiacere e avrei come minimo fatto il gesto di proporre un sconto per una prossima serata. Allucinante mai più.
After tonight .. if I could I would put zero stars. I booked a table a week before and ... surprise! upon arrival in the room the existence of my reservation was denied almost blaming me as if I had invented the thing (with mobile phone in hand showing the call made). We have not even received a heartfelt apology .. I saw an attitude of total indifference (I drove half an hour from Bari in the rain). Instead of the owner, I would have shown sincere displeasure and at least made the gesture of proposing a discount for an upcoming evening. Hallucinating never again.

Ottima birra artigianale e vino di buona selezione. Location elegante e discreta. Bello e buono, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
